Before the first use the clean the top lid, large and small cones, and upper and lower sieve, and cup thoroughly under warm water.
-
Place the cup on the power base, turn the cup in clockwise until it clicks into place, then assemble the upper sieve or upper and lower sieve into the rotating axis. When using the two sieves together, first place the lower sieve then assemble the upper sieve, make the knob on the lower sieve come out from the hole on the upper sieve, Turning the knob on the handle toward left would reduce the sieve hole as illustrated in fig.1. To enlarge the holes, turn the knob in opposite direction. You may also use only the Upper sieve separately.

Plug the power cord into the outlet; turn the knob to select desired size of hole, to control the flow of juice.
-
Halve the fruit, put the fruit on the cone and press it lightly, the motor will start running, then the extracted juice will start flowing into the cup through the sieve, the roughness flesh and pith will remain on the sieve. The motor may rotate in either direction.
