Thank you for purchasing TM Gelius smart watch.
Please read this user manual carefully before using the device.
Smart watches should be regularly cleaned with dry microfiber and kept dry.
Adjust the wristband of the device to allow air to flow to the wrist.
- Avoid getting skin care products on the device.
- Do not charge the watch in temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C.
Wearing a smart watch
Make sure the back of your watch is clean and dry. There should be no foreign objects between the back of the watch and your wrist. Align the area of the measurement sensor on the watch with your wrist. Fasten the watch strap and make sure you don’t feel any discomfort. Do not attach a protective film to the back of the watch. The back panel of the watch is equipped with sensors that recognize signals
Human body
If the sensors are blocked, the watch will not be able to measure heart rate,
measure blood oxygen (SpO2), or collect sleep data.
To ensure accurate measurements, try to wear your watch no more than one
finger’s width from your wrist bone. Make sure the strap is tight and secure.
The device is made of safe materials. If you experience discomfort on your skin while wearing the device, remove it and consult a doctor.
Turn on
Press and hold the function button (about 3 seconds) or connect the charger to
charge the smartwatch.
Screen lock
Swipe down on the active screen and select the lock icon from the list. To
unlock the screen, press the function button.
Buttons and gestures
The watch is equipped with a color touch screen that clearly responds to
pressing. On the watch screen, you can swipe your finger in different
directions.

Connecting your watch to the Internet
The watch can access the Internet by connecting to a Wi-Fi network, by connecting to a phone/tablet, or by using the SIM card’s mobile network if the SIM service is enabled. The watch will switch between these Internet connection methods in the order described below for the best connection.
- If the watch is connected to a phone/tablet via Bluetooth, the watch will use the phone/tablet network to reduce power consumption.
- If the Bluetooth connection is disconnected or the Bluetooth is disconnected, the watch will connect to the Wi-Fi network.
- If the Bluetooth connection between the watch and the phone/tablet is disconnected and the Wi-Fi network is not available, the watch will use the mobile network of the eSIM card.
Connecting to the Internet via Bluetooth
If the watch is connected to a phone/tablet using the Health app and the app
is running in the background, the watch will use the phone/tablet network by
default. This feature is not supported on iOS Phone devices.
Connecting to the Internet using a Wi-Fi network
If your watch has access to the Internet using a Wi-Fi connection, you can use
the app on your watch to make MeeTime calls when you don’t have your
phone/tablet in hand.
- Press the top button on your watch to open the application list, go to Settings > WLAN, and turn on the Wi-Fi switch. The watch will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks to connect to.
- Tap the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to, enter the password, and tap «To plug».
Connecting to the Internet using a SIM card
To connect to the Internet with an eSIM card, you must first enable the eSIM
service.
Press the top button on your watch to open the app list, go to Settings >
Mobile network > Mobile data, and turn on the switch for the Mobile data
feature.
Ignoring the connected Wi-Fi network
- Press the top button on your watch to open the application list, go to Settings > WLAN.
- Select a connected Wi-Fi network and press «Airplane mode». When traveling by air, you can turn on Airplane Mode if required airlines. After turning on Airplane mode, the watch will automatically turn off
Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and mobile network.
You can turn Airplane Mode on or off using one of the suggested methods.

Swipe down from the top of the home screen to open the shortcut menu and touch the airplane mode icon to turn it on or off.

Press the top button on your watch to open the application list, go to Settings > Mobile networks and turn Airplane mode on or off.
To charge the watch, it is recommended to use the original power adapter, a computer USB port, or a power adapter that does not comply with regional and national laws and regulations and international safety standards. Other chargers and portable batteries that do not meet standards may cause problems such as slow charging and overheating.
Be careful when using the charger. It is recommended to purchase the original power adapter from official stores. -
The charging port must be dry and clean to avoid short circuits and other hazards.

A dedicated charging pad must be used for wireless charging. Make sure the clock contacts are firmly attached to the panel. If you are using a third-party charging pad and the watch contacts do not fit snugly on the charging pad, charging efficiency is reduced and problems such as overheating may occur.

Since the charging pad contains magnets, it may attract metal objects.
Therefore, it is necessary to check and clean the charging pad before use.
Do not store or use the charging pad for a long time in places with high temperatures, as this may cause demagnetization or other malfunctions.
Making calls
SIM service support
The watch supports SIM (Single Number Service). This service allows you to add
your watch as a secondary device to your phone and allows your watch to use a
phone number (primary number) and a voice and mobile data plan. You can make
calls and surf the Internet on your watch and phone separately when you don’t
have your phone with you.
The type of SIM service depends on the specific operator.
SIM card activation
Requirements
- To connect to services, your SIM card must be selected as the primary (default card).
- The battery level of the watch must be above 30%.
- If you are using an iOS Phone, connect your watch to WLAN first.
Do not perform any operation on the watch until the activation is completed.
Only one SIM card can be activated on a device.
Resetting the service will remove the SIM card information from your watch,
but will not unregister from your carrier’s service. To unregister from the
carrier service, contact your carrier.
Using the watch to make calls
The watch supports both Bluetooth and SIM calling.
When the watch is connected to a phone using Bluetooth, you can use the watch
to make calls or answer calls using the main phone number.
If the Bluetooth connection is disconnected and the SIM service is enabled on the watch, you can make or answer calls using the SIM number activated on the watch.
Answer or reject a call on the watch
When you receive an incoming call, the watch will notify you and display
information about the caller. You can answer or reject the call.
- Press the top button on the watch to open the application list, press
Contacts and select the contact you want to call.
- Make a call: Tap the connected device of the contact you want to call to make an HD voice call using the Internet.
- Making a regular call: Click Call to call the user.
- Press the top button on your watch to open the application list and select
Telephone. To call, use the methods below.
- Tap Call lists and tap a call record to call back.
- Press Keypad, enter the number you want to call and press the dial icon to make a call.
Download and setup app for Gelius Kids Smart Watch:
- Download YOUR APP NAME from Google Play or App Store or scan the QR code. Note: Your mobile phone must support Android 5.1 or lOS 8.0 or later and Bluetooth 4.0 or later.
- Synchronize the watch with your smartphone:
- Open the app YOUR APP NAME and click the “Add device” button.
- Select a device from the scanned list of devices.
- The IOS system will show a Bluetooth connection request, you need to click the Bluetooth connection button to confirm. The Android smartphone will connect the application YOUR APP NAME automatically.
- Synchronization was successful.
Main functions of Gelius Kids Smart Watch:
After downloading and setting up the app, you can choose the following
interfaces for your watch’s home screen:
Functions: heart rate monitor, blood pressure measurement, sleep monitoring, oxygen level measurement, pedometer, training modes in many sports.
Device disconnection
For an Android phone, the device can be disconnected from the smartphone by
clicking Remove device.
To unpair your Apple phone, click on the symbol on the right under “Settings-
Bluetooth” and select “Ignore device” as shown below:
Quick questions and answers
Why does the smart watch turn off Bluetooth automatically when the Android screen turns off?
- Restart the app on your smartphone. When the YOUR APP NAME process is cleared, Gelius Kids Smart Watch will be disconnected from the mobile device.
- Install the APP to run by yourself.
- Android smartphone after installing the app YOUR APP NAME intelligently restricts background work by default, and the app needs to be installed manually without restrictions.
Why does the watch not receive messages?
- Make sure you have turned on the switch to access your smartphone contacts messages.
- Confirm that messages on the phone screen can be displayed in the notification bar. Messages on the smart watch are synchronized by reading the message from the notification panel of the smartphone.
Gelius Kids Smart Watch will not receive messages if there is no message in the notification bar of the mobile phone. (You need to find the notification settings in the smartphone settings and turn on the notification switch for messengers, calls, SMS and mobile phone contacts).
Why can’t you take a hot bath, visit a sauna or bath with a smart watch?
Relatively high-temperature water gives off a lot of vapors, which are in the gas phase with a small molecular radius and can easily penetrate within reasonable hours from the shell gap. When the temperature drops, the vapor will condense into a drop of liquid phase, which will easily lead to a short circuit inside the smartwatch, damage the circuit board, and cause the device to malfunction.

Attention! Without a unique serial number, the warranty card is not
valid! Before using an electronic device (hereinafter referred to as the
device), carefully read the User Manual and follow all the rules and
recommendations.
The warranty card is valid only if all its fields are legibly and correctly
filled out, if there is a seal of the trade organization, and the signatures
of the seller and the buyer. It is strictly forbidden to make changes,
corrections or erasures in the warranty card. Otherwise, the coupon becomes
invalid and the device is not subject to warranty service.
In order to use the services of after-sales service of the Device you
purchased, you must contact the point of sale or the service center, the
address of which is indicated in this warranty card.

The Manufacturer is not responsible for possible property, moral and other damage caused to the owner of the Product and / or third parties as a result of violation of the requirements of the Accompanying

This warranty does not cover:
- software supplied with the product;
- consumables and components supplied and used with the product;
- documentation, floppy disks, CDs, packaging materials supplied with the product;
- appearance of the product – abrasions, signs of wear of the external parts of the product, protective screens, control parts that have arisen in connection with its normal use;
- modernization of the Product;
- user data stored on storage devices installed in the Product. The issue of updating lost or damaged information (regardless of the reasons that led to this) is not the subject of the Manufacturer’s warranty obligations.

In case of warranty service of the Product, the warranty period is extended for the time the product is in the Service Center. When exchanging the Product, its warranty period is counted again from the date of exchange.
The right to warranty service is lost in the following cases:- use of the product for other purposes;
- if the defects of the product are caused by violation of the rules for its operation, storage or transportation, set forth in accompanying documentation;
- if product defects are caused by the penetration of foreign objects, insects, dust, direct or indirect action of mechanical forces (presence of mechanical damage), chemical, thermal or physical effects, radiation, aggressive or neutral liquids, gases and other biological media, and as well as any factors of artificial or natural origin, unless such influence is expressly permitted by the accompanying documentation;
- if the repair, maintenance or modification of the product was carried out by organizations not authorized by the manufacturer or the user himself;
- if the product defects are caused by force majeure that the manufacturer could not foresee, control or prevent:
- if the seals installed on the product by the Manufacturer or the Service Center are missing or broken;
- if the defects of the product are caused by a change in the settings of the software installed at the time of delivery of the product: an unqualified BIOS setting or overwriting it; or/and installation by the user of the operating system, by the action of computer viruses and other malicious software; when using the product in networks with parameters that do not comply with the State standards and norms of Ukraine;
- if the defects of the product are caused by the compatible use of the product with equipment or software not included in the delivery of the product. To prevent the occurrence of software and hardware conflicts, we recommend that you consult with the manufacturer’s specialists before installing new equipment or software; – if the defects are caused by the operation of the product with obvious malfunctions, or as part of a set of faulty equipment;
- if product defects are caused by mechanical, electrical damage, external forces, liquids and storage and operation of the product at an ambient temperature of +40C.
In this case, the warranty service of the product is not carried out, and the product is removed from the warranty. Repair of a defective product that is not subject to warranty service is carried out by the manufacturer’s service centers on a paid basis, under an agreement and at established rates within a period to be determined additionally.
