Step 1. Replace the Screen (Item 3) onto the BP System Bracket. Refer to the

Step 1: Remove Components from the V1 System
Unlatch and remove the screen from the BP System Bracket. Unbolt the Oil Cooler/Radiator Assembly from the BP System Bracket and keep the 10mm bolts and lock nuts for later use.
Step 2: Disconnect V1 Braided Hose
Remove the V1 Braided Hose from the V1 Manifold Assembly and elbow fitting, ensuring to protect the radiator fins from damage during the installation.
Step 3: Remove V1 Manifold Assembly
Remove the V1 Manifold Assembly and Union Fitting from the radiator core, saving the Union Fitting for the next step.
Step 4: Mount V2 Manifold Assembly
Mount the V2 Manifold Assembly and Union Fitting to the radiator core. Do not adjust the valves on the V2 Manifold as they are preset at the factory.
Step 5: Install V2 Braided Hose
Mount the V2 Braided Hose to the V2 Manifold Assembly and elbow fitting.
Step 6: Final Assembly
Bolt the Oil Cooler/Radiator Assembly back onto the BP System Bracket using the bolts and nuts from Step 1. Replace the Screen with the BP System Bracket. For complete hydraulic installation instructions, refer to the Full V2 Blockage Prevention System Instructions Manual.
