Assembly Instructions

Parts:

1. Frame assembly
2. Front Reflector
3. Rear Reflector
4. Shaft caps
5. Rear lamp holder 6
6. Ring
7. Pedal – Left
8. Pedal – Right
9. Auxiliary wheels
10. Bicycle Pump
11. Square Components

Hardware

Auxiliary Wheels Assembly

1. Loosen the rear bike wheel nut

2. Adjust the angles of the square 2 components to ensure they fit into the frame of the Bike

3. Assemble the training wheels after adjusting them to the appropriate position

4. Tighten the nuts using a wrench (Accessory C)

5. Rosen the rear bike  wheel nut

6. Adjust the angles of the square components to ensure they fit into the frame of the bike

7. Assemble the training wheels after adjusting them to the appropriate position

8. Tighten the nuts using a wrench (Accessory C)

9. Assemble the pedal marked ‘R’ on the right side of the frame

10. Tighten the pedal in a clockwise direction (towards the handlebars) using a wrench

11. Assemble the pedal marked ‘L’ on the left side of the frame

12. Tighten the pedal counterclockwise (towards the handlebars) using a wrench

13. Align the seat with the frame  and assemble it after adjusting the seat to the desired

14. position, tighten the seat quickly release clockwise

15. Firmly secure the seat quick release to ensure the seat stays in place

    • Handlebars Assembly

16. 1 Adjust the metal components of the handlebar

17. Align the handlebar components parallel to the frame

18. Insert the handlebar into the frame

19. After adjusting the height of the handlebar, tighten the screws at the top

    • Ring Assembly

20. Loosen the screws on the ring with hardware A

21. Remove the screws from the ring

22. Attach the ring to the handlebar

23. Tighten the screws to make sure the ring stay in place

    • Front Reflector Assembly

24. Take out Accessory 2 – Front Reflector

25. Unscrew the screws behind the reflector

26. ttach the reflector to the frame and tighten the screws with the wrench

    • Rear Reflector Assembly
    • 

27. Take out accessory 3 – Rear reflector

28. Unscrew the nut on the back of the reflector

29. Slide the rear reflector through the rear reflector holder

30. Screw back the nut

31. Unscrew the screws on the bracket with hardware A

32. 3 Attach the bracket to the frame of the seat

33. Tighten the screws to make sure the rear reflector stay in place

    • Shaft Caps Assembly

34. Attach the shaft cap to the left side of the front wheel

35. Attach the shaft cap to the right side of the front wheel

36. Attach the shaft cap to the left side of the rear wheel

37. Attach the shaft cap to the right side of the rear wheel

Brake Cable Adjustment

1. Loosen the screw in the brake cable counterclockwise with Hardware A
2. Adjust the brake cable up or down to suit your needs
3. After determining the tightness of the brake cable, tighten the screw clockwise
4. Repeat the above steps, loosen the screw in the other size of the brake cable counterclockwise with Hardware A
5. Adjust the brake cable up or down to suit your needs
6. After determining the tightness of the brake cable, tighten the screw clockwise
