Product Usage Instructions
Main Functions – Item Tracking:
To locate your missing item using the Find My App:
- Ensure your item is not nearby.
- Utilize the Find My network of Apple devices worldwide.
- Securely track the location of your missing device via iCloud.
- Access the location information in the Find My App.
Quick Instructions
After deleting the device, follow these steps:
- The device emits a beep sound and enters pairing mode.
- If not re-paired within 10 minutes, it exits pairing state.
- To re-pair, re-insert the battery and follow pairing instructions.

Main Functions
Locate your item
If your missing item isn’t nearby, the Find My App can still help you track it
down using the Find My network — hundreds of millions of iPhone, iPad, and
iMac devices around the world. Nearby devices securely send the location of
your missing device to iCloud, then you can see where it is in the Find My
App. It’s all anonymous and encrypted to protect everyone’s privacy.
Lost mode
When the device is disconnected with your iPhone(or others of parried Apple
equipment) for more than a period of time and it cannot be connected through
the Find My App, you can also select Lost Mode and tap Enable tab. Then enter
and leave your message, contact number, etc. The person who finds it can get
this information through the Finder App and contact you. Besides, when you is
within the BLE connection region of the device, you will also be notified that
the lost device is nearby. Then you can search for the device by function of
Play Sound.
Play Sound
- Open the Find My App, tap the Items tab, then tap your item.
- Click Play Sound, when the item under the BLE connection region (generally straight forward about 20 meters) it will emit beep sound so you can find the item easily.
Quick instructions

Turn on the device
Insert the battery then the device will beep and turn on. -
Pair the device
- Open the Find My App.
- Hold the device close to your iPhone, tap the Items tab, tap+ then Add Other Item.
- Select the device mark with Sine Tag then tap Connect.
- Type a name for your device, select an Emoji symbol.
- Tap Agree to acknowledge that this item will be linked to your Apple ID.
- Tap Finish.

Enable Lost Mode
- Open the Find My App, tap the Items tab, then tap your item.
- Under Lost Mode, tap Enable.
- Read the instructions, tap Continue and enter a phone number or email address.
- Confirm the information, customize the lost message, and tap Activate to complete the setup.

Remove the device
- Open the Find My App, tap the Items tab, then tap your item.
- Tap Remove Item and then tap Remove to complete the operation.
Note: After deleting the device, the device will emit beep sound. The device will not shut down, and it is in pairing mode. If there is no re- pairing within 10 minutes, the device will leave the pairing state, and the device and the App cannot be paired at this time. If you need to pair the device, you need to re-insert the battery. After the device emit one bee sound and enters the pairing state, it can be repaired with the App.

Power off
When removing the battery of device, the device will be powered off. -
Device status confirmation
Make the bottom side of device upward and stay for 5 seconds then turn over the device make its topside upward and stay for 5 seconds. The device will emit beep, indicating that the device is working. If the device does not beep, it means the device is powered off and please confirm whether its battery voltage is sufficient to normal power supply. -
The device enters the pairing state again
After deleting the device, the device will beep and not shut down for getting into pairing mode. If there is no re-pairing within 5 minutes, the device will leave the pairing state, and the device and the App cannot be paired at this time. If you need to pair the device, you need to re-install the battery of device then the device will beep. At this point, the device enters the pairing state and can be re-paired with the Find My App. -
Factory Reset
Re-insert the battery 5 times in 30 seconds. Each time of re-insert the battery will emit one bee sound for indicating. After finish 5 times of battery re-insert, the device will emit a long and different beep sounds to indicate the factory reset is complete. After above, the device can now be paired under factory reset.
Note:
For new owner using, it’s must that removing items from last owner. Factory reset will keeps some information to prevent original owner lost device.
Instructions for device button
Note:
Due to the potential risk of product damage during the disassembly process of
the casing, the button functionality is reserved for use by maintenance
personnel only, to assess whether the motion sensor is operating abnormally.

Device status confirmation
Double-click the device button twice, the device will emit beep sound indicating that the device is working. If the device does not beep, it means the device is powered off. Please confirm whether the battery is sufficient to normal power supply. After re-setup the battery, please make sure that the device emits beep sound. -
The device enters the pairing state again
After deleting the device, the device will beep, the device will not shut down, and it is in pairing mode. If there is no re-pairing within 10 minutes, the device will leave the pairing state, and the
device and the App cannot be paired at this time. If you need to pair the device, you need to click the device button once, and the device will beep. At this point, the device enters the
pairing state and can be re-paired with the App. -
Factory Reset
First, double-click the device button the device will beep. Then long press the device button for eight seconds until the device beeps. Release the button to complete factory reset. The device can now be paired.
Note:
For new owner using, it’s must that removing items from last owner. Factory reset will keeps some information to prevent original owner lost device.
How to replace the battery
- Rotate the battery cover counter-clockwise to unlock and take off the upper cover of the battery compartment.
- Remove the battery from battery compartment.
- Install the new battery into the compartment as shown below, and making sure the positive pole upward. After hearing the power-up beep, rotate the battery cover clockwise to lock and fasten it.
