• Dismantling, repair, or alterations should only be carried out by a professional technician as otherwise, you may be subject to electric shock, may cause fire, or get injured.| •This washing machine is equipped with a 3 pin plug which includes an earthing wire or a 2 pin plug with an extra grounding wire. This appliance must be earthed.
•Electricity supply must. be unplugged with dry hands. Otherwise, this may cause electric shock.| • Do not put water in direct contact with the unit during maintenance and repair. This may cause short circuits or electric shocks.
•Damaged or loosen wire or plug should; not be used. Otherwise, electric shock, short circuit, or fire may take place. •Do not damage the wire. • Keep the child away from the washing spinning basket and do not place boxes or shelves next to the washing machine. children ay all into the basket resulting in injuries. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.| • Do not put your hand into the basket until it has stopped completely. Even when the spinning of the basket is slow, there is still a danger of being caught in the motion, resulting in injuries. Particular attention should be paid when children are around.

• Do not put your hands into the washing/ spinning basket during the washing and rinsing process. Even when the spinning Is stow, hands may be trapped by clothes. If necessary, please press the pause button, and put your hands into the basket after it has stopped completely.

 Do not wash, rinse and spin the waterproof, fabric or cloth. Sleeping bag, raincoat, the cover of skiing. utilities, bicycles, cars, and motors. Otherwise may lead to Injury. abnormal vibration during spinning or damage the washing machine, wall, floor, and clothes.| •  Do not stand on or put weight on the top of the unit. Otherwise, deformation and damage may result causing Injuries.
• Keep hands and feet away from the bottom of the washing when it is in motion. Ports in motion beneath the unit may cause Injuries.| •  Check the water supply hose connection by turning on the water before washing. To prevent damages caused by possible water leakage due to loosening a screw or not tightly.
• The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and that old hose-sets should not be reused.
• Do not block the ventilation openings on the bottom of the washer by carpeting when the washer is installed on a carpeted floor.
Water supply hose should be tightly screwed to the unit. Failure to do so may result In water leakage. Used for a long period of time, the unit may result in water leakage Caused by loosening union nut. So please check it in time and screw it tightly again.| •Please turn off the water tap when not using the unit.  To prevent damages caused by water leakage.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Clean washing machine

Use soft clothing to wipe off the water or dirt on the surface of the washer. ·  Do not spray water directly into the washer body. ·Detergent, propellant, and other chemicals are not allowed to use to avoid damages on the surface.

| Clean the water inlet valve

(Suggest cleaning it every 6 months) After a long time of use, The water inlet mesh bag may be blocked with crud, please load off the water inlet hose, take out the water inlet mesh bag from the water inlet valve, clean the mesh bag, then assemble the mesh bag in the valve and load the water inlet hose.

Clean Hose Filter

(Suggest cleaning it every 6 months) 1. Pull the water inlet hose out. 2. Turn off the revolver according to the figure shown. 3. Load off the “Magic” Hose Joint filter and clean the crud with a toothbrush. 4. Install the clean “Magic”  Hose Joint filter to revolver and water inlet hose.

(Suggest cleaning it every week) 1. Take out the lint filter. 2. Pull out the scraps and wash the lint filter in the water. 3. Install the Filter ( aim the frame claw to the groove below). ( Lint Fifer has easily destroyed parts).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Staling the Sodom Cover

  1. Unplug the Power Cord of the washer
  2. Gently lay down the backside of the washer on a soft mat or cushion. (Be careful not to dent the Frame.)
  3. Insert the attached Bottom Cover into the hooks of the Leg by straightly pushing until it reaches into the front hooks.
  4. Fasten the Bottom Cover with a screw.
  5. Gently set the washer upright.
  6. Ventilation openings in the base must not be obstructed by a carpet.

Location of Washer

  1. Choose a dry location out of sunlight for the washer
  2. Install the washer on a stable and level surface.
  3. Adjust the Adjustable Leg of the washer if necessary to make the washer level as shown in the figure.
    • The maximum permissible inclination of the supporting surface is r.

*Attaching the Magic’ Hose Joint to a Faucet
Faucet: Type A: is the most suitable Type B The length of the mouth of the faucet needs to be at least 16mm.
If it is less thanl6mm, the-Magic-Hose Joint can not be installed.
Type C. It may cause water to leak.
CAUTIONS:**
• Do not use water that is hotter than 50t.
• If your faucet is not suitable, please consult your dealer.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

How to Attach the Magic hose joint

  1. Loosen the four screws and slide the top of the “Magic” Hose Joint(section A in the figure)onto the faucet. Then, securely tighten the four screws provided with the “Magic” Hose Joint by using a screwdriver to secure the top of the joint to the faucet.
  2. Remove the CAUTION label from the “Magic” Hose Joint.
  3. Tum the male coupler on the joint (section B in the figure) clockwise to attach it securely to the top of the joint (section A in the figure).
    • The appliance is to be connected to the water mains using new Water Supply Hose and ‘Magic” Hose Joint and old hose-sets should not be reused.
    • The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and that old hose-sets should not be reused.

CAUTION:
If the outer diameter of the faucet is larger than the caliber of the Joint Ring, loosen the four screws and remove the Joint Ring from the “Magic” Hose Joint.

Installing Water supply hose to the washer

1 Turn the nut clockwise while holding the hose.
• Turn the nut counterclockwise after turning the faucet off when you want to detach the Water Supply Hose.

  1. While pushing the sleeve on the female coupler (section 13 in the figure) of the joint down with your fingers, connect the female coupler to the male coupler (section C in the figure).
  2. Release the sleeve, then push the Water Supply Hose up into the’ Magic ” Hose Joint until it clicks into place.
  3. Pull the Water Supply Hose down to make sure that it is securely attached.

How to Detach the Water Supply Hose

Please read the following procedure in order to avoid spilling water when detaching the Water Supply Hose.

  1. Turn the faucet off.
  2. Press the POWER ON/OFF button to tum the power on, the NORMAL button, and the START/PAUSE button.
  3. Press the POWER ON/OFF button to turn the power off 15 seconds later.
  4. While pushing the lock lever and the sleeve on the female (section D in the figure)of the joint down with your fingers, detach the female coupler from the male coupler (section C in the figure).

Installing The Drain Hos

Changing the Drain Hon DIroallon
You can change the direction from the right side to the left side.
NOTE
Put gloves on to prevent injury to your hands when changing the Drain Hose direction.

  1. Unplug the Power Cord of the washer.

  2. Detach the Back Cover by loosening screws at the backside of the washer. Detach the outer Drain Hose and gently lay down the front side of the washer on a soft mat or cushion.
    • Be careful not to open the Washer Lid and dent the frame.

  3. Detach the Cap from the left side of the frame.

  4. Loosen the Hose Band and pull the inner Drain Hose out of the Drain Valve. Pull the Hose Band out of the inner Drain Hose.

  5. Remove right and left Tabs of Drain Outlet one side by another side pushing the Tabs both inside and outside and pulling the Drain Hose out toward the outside of frame.

  6. Let the inner Drain Hose through outside of the left hole and set the protrusive guard of the inner Drain Hose to the square cutting part of the frame, then attach the Drain Outlet of the hose until fitting the Tabs certainly to the frame.

  7. Connect the inner Drain Hose to the Drain Valve in place and fix the Hose Band as shown below.
    • If you do not attach the correct position marked with
    • ft can damage the inner Drain Hos and cause water to leak through for the position.

  8. Attach the Cap to the right hole.

  9. Reattach the Back Cover and gently set the washer upright. ladanaion of the Drab Hose When extending the external Drain Hose, please follow the below figure for the length and height.

NORMAL USAGE

  1. Preparation
    • Connect the Drain hose. Connect the water supply hose to the faucet and turn the faucet on. Plug the Power Cord into a socket outlet. load the laundry into the washer.

  2. Press the POWER ON/OFF button.

  3. Press the START / PAUSE button.
    • Sensor tests the clothe’s weight automatically.( For NORMAL / QUICK / HEAVY DUTY )
    • Auto choose the proper water power, water level, wash/spin time, and rinse times.

  4. Use the recommended amount of detergent as shown in the chart.beko BTU9008S Automatic Washing Machine - fig34
    • Too much detergent causes poor rinsing and too little detergent causes poor washing

  5. Close the washer lid
    • The washer will alarm and stop working before spinning if the washer lid is not closed.

HOW TO USE PROCESS AND COURSE

  1. Preparation: Fit the Drain hose, turn the water supply faucet on, plug the Power Cord into a socket, put clothes inside

  2. Press the POWER ON/OFF button

  3. Press the PROGRAM button to choose the course you need according to the clothes.

Washing Machine - process
    Energy efficiency program of Thailand &Vietnam models and recommended water efficiency program for normally soiled clothes of Singapore models shall be “Normal” program with “Water Level 8 ” (to be selected manually).

  4. Press the’ Function’ and ‘Set’ buttons to choose soak, wash, spin time and rinse times, and the indicator cyclically shows numbers as below.

  5. Press the WATER LEVEL button, choose the proper water level, Put detergent.

  6. Close the washer lid.

  7. Press the START/PAUSE button.
    • At the end of the cycle, the buzzer will sound.

VARIOUS FUNCTIONS

PRESET

  1. Turn the faucet on and load the laundry into the washer, make sure to fit the Drain Hose.

  2. Press the POWER ON/OFF button.

  3. Select your needed COURSE, PROCESS, and WATER LEVEL.

  4. Press the PROCESS button till the light of PRESET flashes, press SET to select your needed PRESET time ( the time washing finished).
    • PRESET indication: hours

  5. Press START/PAUSE button.

  6. Put the detergent into the washer and close the washer lid.
    • All the lights except PRESET will be lit off about one minute later. if the child lock has been set. the child lock light will not be extinguished.
    • PRESET confirming: Press any button except the power on/off button can light display for 5 seconds. • PRESET cancel, change: PRESET has canceled automatically when power off; Switch power on and set PRESET again to change it.

AQUAPONICS

AGUASONICtsm is a built-in function when the washing program starts, the light of AQUASON IC + lights. The washer will bring Ultrasonic during working, and this helps more clean washing and saving detergents.
• please use low foaming detergent or reduce the amount of detergent if you use the AQUASONIC+TM function.

VARIOUS FUNCTIONS

DELICATE

  • Before washing wool, fiber, and other material clothes, please confirm the care label.
  • When this program is set, the water level will be set at 6 automatically. But you could change the water level to 3-8 according to the size of your clothes.

Order of operations

  1. Open the washer lid and press the POWER button.
  2. Press the” PROGRAM ” button till the light of DELICATE turns on.
  3. Add the liquid detergent, dissolve it into 5L warm water(about 30’C) if powder detergent is used, then pour it into the laundry slowly.
  4. Put the woolen clothing into the washing machine.
  5. Press the START/PAUSE button. (adjust the water level accordingly)
  6. Close the washer lid.
    • If the washer lid is not closed, the washing machine will automatically stop working before spinning operation.
    • The buzzer will alarm at the end of the operation and the power will be switched off automatically in 5 seconds . • Then please turn off water tap and clean the filter.

NOTE:

  • The washing capacity should be under 1.5 kg when selecting a wool program.
  • Take off the clothes and hang out after the program. Or it will be out of shape after a long time stay.
  • Delay Timer is not available in this program.
  • The temperature should be under 30t in order not to harm the clothes. ‘, Please separate the light color clothes from the dark ones.
  • The washing performance will be better if special-purpose detergent is used. And do less harm to the clothes.
    WATER LEVEL SETTING
    This button allows you to choose the appropriate water level during the WASH/RINSE process. Method: Press Function till WASH light flashes, press the WATER LEVEL button to choose the appropriate water level, press the SET button to set wash time. Then press the Function button till the RINSE light flashes, press the WATER LEVEL button to choose the appropriate water level, press the SET button to set RINSE times and RINSE type. Then press the Function button till the SPIN light flashes, press the SET button to set the SPIN time. Finally press START/PAUSE, the washer will start operating according to the wash water level and rinse water level asset.
    CHILD LOCK FUNCTION
    This function avoids accidental operation of the washer. Method: Press POWER ON/OFF button to switch on the power, and press the PROGRAM button for 3 seconds till a sound from the buzzer. To restore it, repeat above. When CHILD LOCK was set, the CHILD LOCK on the control panel lights, and indicates E5 and buzzes if the washer lid opens for 5 seconds during washing.
    DELETE THE END BUZZER
    Press POWER ON/OFF button to switch on the power, and press START/PAUSE button for 3 seconds till a sound from Im77er. To restore it. repeat above.

REMEMBER FUNCTION
When selecting NORMAL. HEAVY-DUTY, 30 seconds after starting, the washer will remember this program and start same next time working.
• WATER LEVEL and PRESET. SOAK will not be remembered.
TWO CLEAN STEPS FUNCTION
The washer will start washing when water to the level below 2 levels asset. By this, the washer starts working with a more density of detergent.
• This function won’t be affected when selecting level 1 or level 2 water, and DELICATE /QUICK course.
• When SOAK is selected, this function will not be affected after soaking.
HOW TO DRAIN REMAINING WATER
Method Press POWER ON/OFF button to switch on the power, and press the PROCESS button for 3 seconds till a sound from the buzzer. To restore it, repeat above.
NO TROUBLE CONDITIONS

  1. During Washing or Rinsing, still, there is Water inletting. This is possibly automatic water adding due to a water level decrease.
  2. Spin tub turns or stops timely at the beginning of spinning. This is intermittent spinning for a better spin effect.
  3. Water inletting and rinsing sometimes during spinning. This is an automatic lean correction due to clothes is not equally inside.
  4. There is a sound like water flowing after spinning. This is the sound of balance liquid in the Balance ring. It is for reducing the vibration of spinning.The
  5. Control panel keeps warm after power off, this is caused by the Remembering circuitry working.
  6. Power off during working and the washer could not continue working. Should set the program again.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

When the following problems occur, the microcomputer will detect the abnormal condition and an electronic buzzer sounds for approximately 10 seconds and the indicators flash as shown below:

·     Check the Drain Hose for any obstructions.

·     Check whether the Drain Hose is clogged.

·     Check whether the Drain Hose rises too high off the ground.

The washer does not spin.| | ·    Check whether the laundry has shifted to one side of the Wash/Spin Tub.

·     Check whether the washer is on a level surface

| ·     Close the Washer Lid.
The buzzer
keeps beeping.| | ·     Check whether the CHILD LOCK is set.

·     Close the Washer Lid.

Other troubles.| | ·     Press the POWER ON/OFF button to turn off

·     the power, call the authorized service center.

NOTE: The Trouble indicators can be released by pressing the START/PAUSE button once if you want to release the emergency stop. Then press the START/PAUSE button again to restart the operation.

Light Blue: Neutral

As the colors of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colored markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is colored green and yellow must be connected to the terminal in the plug which is marked with the letter E or by the earth symbol S or colored green or green and yellow.
·The wire which is colored light blue must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or colored white.
