DIRT ELIMINATION PROCESS THROUGH ULTRASONIC TECHNOLOGY

The cleaning effect will be much better if using the machine together with the proper solvent.

• Ultrasonic waves cause alternate high and low pressures in the solution
• During the low pressure stage millions of microscopic bubbles form and grow this process is called “CAVITATION”
• During the high-pressure stage the bubbles implode and release enormous amounts of energy They work in all directions attacking surface and invading all recesses and openings.

FOUR WAYS OF CELANING

• GENERAL CLEANING
  Just use tap water, items or parts to be cleaned should be completely submerged in the water. Do not exceed the”MAX” line.

• ADD DETERGENT CLEANING
  When the articles have not been cleaned for a long time or the dirt is stubborn, add the appropriate amount of household detergent into the water to accelerate the decomposition of dirt and improve the cleaning effect.
  Note: After using detergent. the cleaning effect can be improved by repealing the cleaning or lengthening the cleaning lime.

• SEGMENT CLEANING
  Longer items can be cleaned in sections as shown.

• RE-CLEANING
  When the cleaning effect is still not ideal after using detergent, you can change the water for repeated cleaning.

Note: during the cleaning, the amount of detergent and cleaning time depending on the different parts and how dirty they are

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Open the lid, Fill the water into stainless steel tank.
  Caution: Running without water will damage the machine. Put items into the water. (Parts to be cleaned should be completely submerged in the water, but not exceed the “MAX” line.)

• Plug in the power, the screen will light, and “180” will be displayed, the default working time of 180 seconds. Press the “ON” button, The machine starts to work, automatically stops after 180 seconds, and the display returns to “000”seconds

• Press the “SET” button to set 5 time cycles,following by “180S”,
  “280S”,”380S”, “480S”, “90S”. Please select the working time according to your needs.

• After selecting the working time, press the “ON” button, ultrasonic indicator and blue lamp of the inner tank light on.screen will display the countdown and machine start to work. If you need to pause the work, please press the “OFF” button; if need to work on, press “ON” again. Countdown to “000”, Dultrasonic indicator and blue lamp off.the machine automatically stops working.

• Press the “DEGAS” button, degas indicator and blue lamp of the inner tank light on. the machine will work for 2 seconds and stop for 1 second, The ultrasound stops until the timing ends. Press the “OFF button” during work, and the ultrasound and time will be stopped. Press the “DEGAS” again, the ultrasound continues to work until the countdown ends and display shows “000”, degas indicator and blue lamp off. Degassing can separate the oxygen produced during cleaning and improve the cleaning effect.

• When the ultrasonic is started, press the “DEGAS” button can switch to the degassing mode. Ultrasonic indicator off, and degas indicator lignt on. machine will continue to use the time set by ultrasound. And during degassing mode, press the “ON” button, the ultrasonic mode starts, )degas indicator off, the ultrasonic indicator light on, the machine will continue to use the time set by degas.two modes can be switched freely

During the cleaning, you can hear the “ZIZl” noise. it means the ultrasonic cleaner is working.

Warning

1. Do not put the mobile phone or watch dial plate into the tank for cleaning.
2. Do not wash the frames or hardware made of shell or tortoiseshell by this machine.
3. Any loose inlays may come off during the cleaning process. Do not clean the product which has not been inliad well.
4. Do not wash clothes, leather, wood and other easily fading products by this machine.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING-TO reduce the risk of burns. Electrocution, fire or injury to persons

• Unplug the machine after using it.
• The machine is not waterproof, please put the machine in a safe place to avoid falling into water or other liquids.
• Unplug the machine immediately, If it has fallen into water before removing it.
• Unplug the machine before filling with water. Do not exceed the “MAX” line.
• Do not touch the socket with a wet hand to avoid the risk of electrocution.
• Do not disassemble the product without professionals.
• Keep the machine away from heat, and put it in ala dry and flat place.
• Do not use the machine unattended.
• Do not add abrasives or corrosive chemicals into the cleaning tank.
• Do not immerse the machine into the water to avoid the risk of electrocution.
• Use the product correctly according to the manual. Do not use accessories without permission or use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not use the damaged power cord or plug. If theproduct does not work properly or has fallen

Note: After continuous working for 30 minutes, the machine must be shut down for 5 minutes before starting up.

ATTENTIONS BEFORE CLEANING

• Watches are precision instruments, it is not recommended to put the whole watch into the water, even if waterproof. You’d better wash it with hand holding or watch bracket. Add a few drops of detergent for working better.
• The glasses should be placed face up. Only 1-3mins for cleaning. Add detergent evenly on glasses. For glasses with lens film or frame coating, please consult the optician about whether or not it can be used with ultrasonic cleaning
• If the jewelry is oxidized, you can kindly use silver washing liquid before ultrasonic cleaning. Add a few drops of detergent when using. (Please confirm the inlay of diamond rings, necklaces are intact and firm, or they may fall off by the ultrasonic.)

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

Basket

Put the items into the basket when cleaning small items.When cleaning the CD, pis fix it on the CD holder first.Then put the basket into the inner tank, which can reduce items friction with the tank.

Note:

The basket will absorb 30% of the ultrasonic energy, so it will affect the cleaning effect. In this case, if you use a basket , follow the instructions “add cleaning solution to clean”

USER MAINTENACE

• Unplug the product and empty the tank after use. Do not keep the water in the tank for a long time.
• Dry the tank and the housing with a dry towel. Do not rinse directly with water to prevent electric shock
• Store in a cool, dry place.
