Do not heat empty pan, the pan melt or pit if heated when pan is empty.
Do not leave popper unattended while popping popcorn. Popcorn should be stirred continually throughout the popping process.
Hot oil can burn or catch fire if left too long on a heated stove top.
Do not allow bare skin near a pan that contains hot oil. Hot oil may occasionally pop out of the pan while heating.
Never use water or liquid to extinguish an oil fire. For best results, use an approved fire extinguisher.
Do not let child to use this product.
Do not use for other than its intended use.
For household use onlv.

IMPORTANT:

Set stove to Medium heat, because stovetop heat output varies, you need to adjust temperature as need to have popping completed about 3 minutes after the popcorn is add to the pan.
Use fresh popcorn. Old popcorn loses its moisture and won’t pop.

Align the lid and handle in center of pan.
Press the front lid clip on edge of pan.
Place the lid down and press the lid clip.
Adjust lid fit tightness by turning lid clockwise (tight) or counter-clockwise (loose)

Hold the lid by the main handle and place the lid clip on the edge of the popper pan.
Make sure clamp and main handle are in center of the popper pan
Press down on the main handle until the lid locks in place.
Close hinged lid by pressing down on the wood lid knob.

Place 1-3 tablespoons of oil and ½ cup popcorn in the popper pan, Don’t use butter, margarine, shortening or lard in place of oil, as these will burn or smoke excessively. Oil with high smoking point is recommended, such as Coconut oil or grape seed oil.
Turn the handle slowly and continuously.
The popping cycle will be complete in approximately 3 minutes. When you hear popping sound stop and stirring becomes difficult, remove pan from heat immediately.
Use Oven mitt or pot hold when you open the hinged lid to remove popcorn from pan.
