NON-STICK ALUMIUM COOKWARE CARE AND CAUTION SAFETY FIRST AND ALWAYS!

It is important to first read all safety instructions and caution.

Caution:

• Do not use in broiler.
• Do not use metal tools.
• Do not boil dry or over heating.
• Always use potholders to remove cookware when in use.

Before Starting To Cook

1. Wash the new pan and cover in hot, soapy water, using sponge or dishcloth .
2. Rinse well and dry.

Cooking With Non-stick Pans

1. Use a lower heat than you would normally use
2. Pans heat and cool quicker than other cookware because they are made of heavy-gauge aluminum.
3. Use the right heat setting for the cooking method you are using (i.e. not too high or not too low). Boil dry or over heating will cause permanent damage to non-stick coating.

Utensils

DO NOT use metal utensils, sharp instruments or appliances such as knife, electric mixers to chop, cut, release or whip foods in any kind of non-stick pan. Such use can damage the non-stick finish. use only heat resistant plastic or wooden bamboo cooking tools.

Caution:

Always use Oven mitt or Potholder to move pans Shorter handles, higher cooking temperatures and longer cooking times can cause handles to get hot.
Oven and Broiler Use.

1. Nonstick pan and pot are oven safe to 400°F, and Glass Lid is oven safe to 350°F.
2. Do NOT use a non-stick pan in a broiler as this will damage its non-stick surface.

Cleaning Non-Stick Surfaces

1. Wash with hot, soapy water and a dishcloth.
2. Hand wash is recommended.
3. Always allow the pan to cool before washing. Submerging a hot pan in water can cause irreparable warping.
4. Do NOT use abrasive cleansers or cleaning pads, oven cleaners or other caustic cleaning solutions, baking soda, automatic dishwasher detergent, liquid bleach, liquid household cleaners used for floor, as these may impair the non-stick coating.
