Thank you for choosing this fireplace. This owner’s manual will provide you with valuable information necessary for the proper care and maintenance of your new product. Please take a few moments to thoroughly read the instructions and familiarize yourself with all the operational aspects of your new fireplace.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

When using this electric unit, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

1. Read ALL instructions before using this unit.

2. CAUTION: Risk of Electric Shock. DO NOT open or try to repair the fireplace yourself.

3. This fireplace may get hot when in use. To avoid burns, DO NOT let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving this fireplace.

4. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, paper, clothes, and curtains at least 3 ft from the front of the fireplace and keep them away from the sides, top, and rear. DO Do NOT place towels or other objects on the fireplace.

5. Extreme caution is necessary when any fireplace is used by or near children or the disabled, or when the fireplace is left operating and unattended.

6. DO NOT operate any fireplace with a damaged cord or after the fireplace malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the fireplace to an  authorized service facility for
   examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.

7. This fireplace is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, and similar indoor locations. NEVER locate the fireplace where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. To protect against electrical hazards, DO NOT immerse in water or other liquids.

8. DO NOT touch the control panel or plug with a wet hand.

9. DO NOT run the cord under the carpeting. DO NOT cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange the cord away from the traffic area so that it will not be tripped over.

10. DO NOT insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the fireplace.

11. To prevent a possible fire, DO NOT block the air intakes or exhaust in any manner. DO NOT use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.

12. A fireplace has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. DO NOT use in areas where gasoline, paint, explosive, and/or flammable liquids are used or stored. Keep the unit away from heated surfaces and open flames.

13.  To avoid fire or shock hazards, plug the unit directly into a 220-240V AC electrical outlet.

14. To disconnect the fireplace, turn the controls to OFF, then remove the plug from the outlet. Pull firmly on the plug, DO NOT unplug by pulling on the cord.

15. Always unplug the unit before moving or cleaning, or whenever the fireplace is not in use.

16. Use only for intended household use as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by unauthorized dealers may cause hazards.

17. Always use on a dry, level surface. Use on floor only.

18. DO NOT use outdoors.

19. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, DO NOT use this unit with any solid-state speed control device.

20. 20. DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this unit. Doing so will void your warranty. The inside of the unit contains no user-serviceable parts. Qualified personnel should perform all servicing only.

21. Connect to properly grounded outlets only.

22. Save these instructions.

SAFETY FEATURES

Overheat Safety Feature
This fireplace is equipped with an overheating safety feature. When the fireplace’s internal components reach a certain temperature that could cause overheating and possible fire, the fireplace will automatically shut off.

WARNING: It is normal for the power cord to feel warm to the touch; however, a loose fit between the outlet and the plug may cause overheating of the plug. If this occurs, try inserting the plug into a different outlet. Contact a qualified electrician to inspect the original outlet for damage.

INSTALLATION

Installation of feet
Take out the whole machine, and put it on the flat table in order to avoid machine scratching, then take the feet out of the plastic bag and connector ( as shown in the picture)

DIRECTION FOR USING

1. Turn the heater on by pressing the ON/OFF button on the rear of the heater. Pressing the button on the control panel or by pressing the Power button on the supplied remote control. Once the power is off, the heating element will stop working
2. Power for heat-HIGH mode is 2000W; heat-LOW is 1000W, and turn off the heat.
3. Adjust the brightness of the flame and turn off
4. Pressing buttom for timing ( 0.5h/1.0h/2.0h/3.0h/4.0h/5.0h/6.0h/7.0h/8.0h)

MAINTENANCE

1. Turn off the power switch in the rear of the unit.
2. Unplug the unit and let it cool completely.
3. To keep the unit clean, the outer shell may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. You may use a mild detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the unit with a soft cloth. CAUTION: DO NOT let the liquid enter the fireplace.
4. DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or rough brushes to clean the fireplace. This may cause damage or deterioration to the surface of the fireplace.
5. DO NOT immerse the fireplace in water.
6. Wait until the unit is completely dry before use.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

1. The warranty is valid only on the presentation of the invoice of purchase.
2. This WARRANTY is limited exclusively to parts substitution ineffective due to faulty manufacture, made in our workshops.
3. The elimination of several faults of the scope of the guarantee is made for the repair or replacement of defective parts, according to the discretion of our technical services.  Defective parts are our property.
4. Are not covered under warranty damage caused by transportation, neglect or poor use, improper assembly or installation, as well as external influences such as lightning strikes or power, flooding, humidity, etc..
5. Lose warranty, all appliances that are not being used according to the instructions, or connected to FEEDING NETWORKS do not guarantee a constant voltage of  20/240V.
6. The warranty does not cover damages for personal injury or damage caused directly or indirectly in any capacity whatsoever.
7. This warranty terminates when it is found to have been undergoing repairs, alterations or interventions by any person not authorized by Joel.

THE WARRANTY EXPIRES

1. If the appliance has not been installed by an Accredited Technician.
2. Exceeded the period of 2 years for home appliances and 06 months for industrial appliances, the warranty expires and assistance will be made by charging the costs of manpower, according to current fees.
3. With the modification or disappearance of the nameplate of the appliance.
