Intended use

The machine is intended for mixing liquid and powder building materials such as paints, mortar, adhesives, plaster, and similar substances. The appropriate paddle that offers the right mixing effect should be used based on the consistency of the material and the quantity of material being mixed. The total quantity of max. 30 kg/40 liters should not be exceeded per mixture. The information in the technical data should be noted when selecting the paddle type (diameter/mixing effect). Selecting an unsuitable mixing effect or paddle diameter can overload the machine/drives and consequently lead to damage. Please note that a paddle with a mixing effect from top to bottom puts a greater strain on the power tool than vice versa.
Due to the high torque of the machine, it is not permitted for use as a drill.
It is not permitted to use the machine to prepare foodstuffs.
The machine is not suitable for mixing materials containing graphite dust, brine or slurry. Mixing these substances can destroy the machine.
The user is solely responsible for damage caused by improper use.
Generally recognized accident prevention regulations and enclosed safety instructions must be observed.

Press the button for the switch-on lock (1). The switch is unlocked.
Press the ON / OFF button (2).
The more firmly the ON / OFF switch is pressed, the faster the machine runs.
The ON / OFF switch cannot be locked!
It is best to work with the ON / OFF switch fully depressed at all times.

Switching off
Release the ON / OFF switch to finish the work.
This machine has a 2-speed gearbox.
Two maximum speeds (1st gear low speed, high torque / 2nd gear high speed) are available.
Turn the gear selector by 180° to change from one gear to another.
Only operate the gear selector when the device is stopped.
Prevent accidental start-up: always switch the machine off if the bat- tery pack is removed from the machine.Collomix Xo 20 NC Cordless mixer - Figure

Work at a reduced speed when immersing the machine into or removing it from the mix. Once the machine has been fully immersed, increase the speed to the maximum so that sufficient motor cooling is guaranteed.
Guide the machine through the mixing vessel during the mixing process. Mix until all the mix has been completely worked through.
Observe the material manufacturer’s processing instructions.
The tougher the mixture, the higher the torque forces acting on the machine; prepare yourself for this during work.
Recoil may occur if the running mixer comes into contact with a surface (e.g. base of the bucket).

Battery pack
Charge the battery pack before use. Recharge the battery pack if the performance drops.
The ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C.
