Ergonomics and Controls
Changing and adjusting the size of the headband is available.
The control buttoms built into the earcup
They allow you to control the volume of the reproduced sound, switch on/off
the microphone, backlight, wireless mode, and 3.5mm jack:
- USB Type-C (for charging)
- Switch the backlight Oft/on
- Switch the headset/Wireless mode off/on

Detachable microphone
- Installing mic: insert mic and rotate it clockwise to the locked position.
- Detaching mic: rotate the mic counterclockwise to the unlocked position and pull out
Wired mode

Connect the 3.5mm cable to the headset.
In 2.4GHz or Bluetooth mode, connecting the 3.5mm cable will automatically change the playback mode to the wired one. Disconnecting the cable will return the headset to 2.4GHz wireless or Bluetooth mode, -
The microphone will be switched on by default. To switch off the microphone, press the microphone button on the left cup of headphones once. To switch the microphone on, press the same button again.
2.4GHz wireless mode
- Switch on the headset and select the 2.4GHz mode. You can switch between wireless modes by double-clicking the power button.
- Connect the 2.4GHz transmitter to your computer and wait a few seconds for the headset to pair with the transmitter.
- Select the HATOR Phoenix headset as the audio recording and playback device in the operating system.
Bluetooth 5.3 wireless mode
- Switch on the headset, press the power button twice to activate the Bluetooth mode. When the headset starts searching for a Bluetooth pair, the light indicator will blink red and blue alternately. If the 2.4 GHz transmitter is not connected to the device, the headset will automatically start searching for a Bluetooth pair.
- The Phoenix headset is compatible with most Bluetooth-enabled smartphones and devices.
- Switch on Bluetooth on your device and start searching for available Bluetooth devices.
- Find the HATOR Phoenix headset in the list and connect to it. If the pairing is successful, the light indicator will blink blue periodically. (lf the headset and your device have already been paired, the headset will connect to it automatically as soon as it switches to Bluetooth mode).

headset to connect, the light indicator blinks red and blue alternately.
2.411u| 2.4GHz wireless connection: the headset and USB wireless transmitter
are pre-paired. All you need to do is connect the wireless transmitter to your
device and start using it.| Once the headset is successfully connected
to the transmitter, the headset light indicator
will blink green intermittently and the
transmitter indicator will be solid green.
Switching between Bluetooth/2.4GHz modes: when the headset is connected to a
device in Bluetooth mode, connect the USB transmitter to the USB port of the
device, double-press the power button, and the headset will switch to 2.4GHz
mode
Bluetooth| Switching between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth modes: when the headset is
connected to a 2.4GHz wireless receiver, double-press the power button, and
the headset will switch to Bluetooth mode and start searching for devices to
connect.| When the headset is successfully connected
to the transmitter, the headset light will blink
blue intermittently.
Clear the list of saved Bluetooth devices| With the headset turned off, press
and hold the power button for 5 seconds to reset.|
3.5 mmn wired connection| Insert the 3.5mm audio cable into the headphone and
the headset will automatically switch to wired mode.| RGB backlight will not
work in this mode.
Backlight| Switching on/off| Press the backlight switch to turn on the
backlight. Press and hold it for 3 seconds to turn off the backlight. (By
default, the backlight mode that was on before turning off is activated)|
Backlight of the left and right headphone pads. When the battery power is
approaching a critical level, the backlight turns off.
Switching backlight modes| Press the backlight switch to change between
backlight modes sequentially: two RGB modes and 7 static colours.

Take a call/end an ongoing
call| Double-press the microphone button.|
Smart mode| Low battery notification| When the headset’s battery power is
approaching critically low, sound and light alerts will start to appear.| The

Automatic switch off| About 5 minutes after the headset is not connected to
any device, it will
automatically turn off.| The power indicator lights up red for 1second.
Sleep mode| If the headset is connected to the device and there is no audio
signal for 30 minutes, it will automatically switch off and start the power-
saving mode.
Charging| Insert the USB Type-C charging cable into the charging port on the
