Product overview

The human body static electricity comprehensive tester, by measuring the resistance of the system, is convenient and quick. Using the LED indicator light and the prompt voice to tell whether the tester passes the test. The test time is less than 2 seconds. The TR7131 provides four different specifications of wrist band test holes. The wristband and shoes can be tested at the same time, and the access control signal output function can be purchased.
The product is designed according to the requirements of the following standards and meets the measurement requirements of anti-static bracelets and shoes:

Adjustment and calibration
The human body static electricity comprehensive tester has been adjusted by the manufacturer before leaving the factory. It is a product that can work continuously and stably without the necessity of adjustment by the operator.
Inspection
According to the requirements of ANSI/ESDS2020, the user is recommended to calibrate the human static electricity comprehensive tester once a year. Or periodically check according to the time required by the user’s Electrostatic Discharge Control Program.

Maintenance

The human body electrostatic comprehensive tester is maintenance-free and can be used continuously. If the operator fails to use the product properly due to improper use or damage caused by other reasons, please submit it to the supplier or manufacturer for maintenance, and do not dismantle and repair it by yourself. The current version of this manual is only applicable to the users of the human body electrostatic comprehensive tester, which contains important information on the instrument composition and operation instructions. Due to the continuous improvement of reliability and operation performance of the product, there may be slight differences between the actual situation and the contents of this volume.

Characteristics:

1. Three test modes: anti-static wrist strap / anti-static shoes (rings) / anti-static hand rings + shoes (rings)

Access Control Output
When the test passes, TR7131 will output the access control signal, which is the relay switching value,
The switching capacity is not more than 24V / 3A.
When the access control needs to be output, connect the access control signal wire to the terminal block.
A) when only the wrist strap is tested and the test passes, the access control output.
C) when only two-foot shoes are tested and the test passes, the access control output.
D) when testing the wrist strap and feet shoes at the same time, when the test passes, the access control output.

Operation

1. Please plug the power adapter into the power socket, and the static DC current is 9V / 40mA.
2. ESD test, as long as you step on the opposite metal plate with your feet, wear a good hand and brain strap to touch the wiring port, and gently press the metal test button with your fingers, you can know whether the ESD equipment is qualified at a glance.
   Note: do not wear gloves or press a metal test button with a fingernail

Installation

1. Thread the wiring on the pedal from the bottom of the bracket to the top.
2. Three sets of m8x25mm to fix bracket and pedal.
3. Broadcast the wiring to the interface at the bottom of the instrument.
4. Align the three holes at the bottom of the instrument with the three screw posts on the bracket base, and then screw them down to fix them.
5. Tighten the lifting lock of the support and lock the height of the support.
   

TR7132 Human Body Comprehensive Tester Battery Model

Characteristics
Two test modes: anti-static wrist strap / anti-static shoe (ring)

9V battery power supply can be used in flammable and explosive anti-static occasions, such as fireworks and firecrackers warehouse workshop, electronic factory, chemical enterprise military unit, small chemical dangerous place, civil explosives storage warehouse and use place.

Operation

1. The tester can be operated with a 9V battery or AC power supply. Please use a 9V battery to operate this tester. If the tester is operated with a DC power supply, insert the DC adapter into the small drill hole (9V) at the upper left corner of the tester.
2. During the ESD test, as long as you step on the metal plate with your feet, wear a wrist strap, touch the wiring port, and gently press the metal test button with your fingers, you will know whether the ESD equipment is qualified at a glance.

Note: please do not wear gloves or press on metal test with fingernails.

Installation

1. Install the bracket on the chassis and tighten the three screws with a hexagon wrench.
2. Open the back cover of the test meter, put in the 9V square battery, align the hole at the back of the test meter with the screw post on the bracket, and fasten it.
3. Press down the test meter to ensure that the tester and the bracket are well connected.
4. Insert the foot connector into the jack on the left side of the test meter body, the installation is complete.
