INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (FIG. 2)

Determine the appropriate location and height. We recommend approximately 58″ from the floor if the mirror is to be used while standing, and 42″ from the floor for use while seated.
Remove decorative nuts A and B from screws C and D. Separate mounting plate E and decorative cover F
CAUTION : To avoid injury to persons and damage to the mirror or mounting surface that may result if the mirror is pulled from the surface, check the wall for structural strength before mounting the mirror.
Using mounting plate E as a template, locate the appropriate position for holes on the wall and mark.
Note : Be sure to position the mirror near the electrical outlet.
Drill two holes to accommodate enclosed wall anchors I and J (Molly Bolts).
Insert wall anchors into holes.
Remove mounting screws G and H from wall anchors I and J.
Holding the mounting plate into position, thread screws G and H through the mounting plate into wall anchors and tighten.
Place decorative cover F over the mounting bracket by aligning holes with screws C and D and secure until snug with decorative nuts A and B.
Plug into a 110/120-volt AC outlet.

How to Use

IMPORTANT:

Do not use this appliance while bathing or immerse in water while plugged in. Water and electricity are a dangerous combination.
Always unplug before cleaning.
Be sure the mirror is not in a position where it can reflect sunlight. The reflected sun can cause a fire.

HOW TO REPLACE BULB
CAUTION : Turn off the power to the unit and unplug it. Let the bulb cool for at least 5 minutes before replacing.

Using a flathead or Phillips screwdriver, loosen and remove the two screws on each side of the mirror frame.
Remove the mirror frame from the casing and set it aside.
Unscrew the old bulb and replace it only with a 25-watt type T bulb.
Note : Do not use a bulb with a wattage higher than 25 watts.
To reassemble, place the mirror frame over the casing so that screw holes on the frame align with the corresponding holes on the casing.
Replace and tighten screws with a screwdriver.

Care and Cleaning

This appliance requires minimum maintenance.

Unplug the unit from the wall outlet.
Clean the mirror with any glass cleaner or soap and water. Do not use any abrasive cleaner on glass or plastic materials.
Do not light until you are certain the mirror is completely dry.

Troubleshooting
