The Pool Cover Reel from VEVOR is designed to assist in the easy removal and storage of pool covers for above-ground pools.

Assembly Steps

1. Insert Lever (#4) into Reel (#1) and Handle (#3) into Reel (#2).
2. Attach Self Tapping Screw (#11) to Reel (#1) and Reel (#2).
3. Attach Small Octagonal Tube (#16) or Small Octagonal Adapter (#17) to Reel (#1) and Reel (#2) with Metric Screw (#12).
4. Insert smaller tubes into the larger tube with a minimum overlapping of 20cm.

Q: Can this Pool Cover Reel be used for in-ground pools?

• A: No, this product is designed specifically for above-ground pools.

Q: How do I know if the thread glue is completely cured?

• A: The thread glue has an initial curing time of 20 minutes and a full curing time of 24 hours.

Assembly precautions

1. Assemble only should be according to these instructions. Improper assembly can result in hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of safely supporting the Pool Cover Reel.
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area.

Notice before assembling:

1. According to the width of the pool, select the appropriate serial number of aluminum tubes for assembly, for details see the following figure.
   • Attention: Minimum overlapping of 20cm for each tube.(PCR04-P)
2. The initial curing time of the threadlocker is 20 minutes, and the full curing time is 24 hours. Please wait until the thread glue is completely cured before using the modified product, otherwise, it may cause loosening of the thread.

ASSEMBLY STEP

• STEP 1 Insert (#4) into (#1),Insert (#3) into (#2)
• STEP 2 Insert (#11) into (#1) and tighten. Insert (#11) into (#2) and tighten.
• STEP 3 Attach (#16)/(#17) onto (#1 )and (#2) and tighten with (#12)
• STEP 4 Insert the smaller tubes into the larger tube. Ensure that the larger tube is centered. so that on both sides X is equal. The overlapping X should be a minimum of 20 cm.
• STEP 5 Insert (#14) into per-drilled holes of(#15) and tighten. (for PCR04-Paminimum overlapping of 20 cm is required)
• STEP 6 For above-ground pools with ledge Slide (#9) onto (#2) and (#1), position onto the ledge and tighten. For wood or plastic ledge, use a self-taping screw (#11). For metal ledge, drill holes first and use metric screw and nut (#13)
• STEP 7 For above-ground pools with the frame, Slide (#10) onto (#1) and (#2), position onto the frame and tighten the screws.
• STEP 8 Detach the eight male Velcro stickers (#6) from (#5) and peel off the protective layers. Glue them onto the tubes in a straight line at an equal distance over the length X.
• After the strap is installed（13#) wrap it around the aluminum tube to prevent loosing.
• STEP 9 Assemble (#5) (#7) and (#8) as shown in the picture.
• STEP 10 For rectangular-shaped above-ground pools, open the cover over the pool and set it into position.
• Attach (#8) on the cover, keeping the same regular intervals as the male Velcro stickers on the tubes.
• Ensure that the length of the straps allows the cover to lay flat on the pool, to prevent wind from getting under the cover.
• STEP 11 For round or oval-shaped above-ground pools Open the cover over the pool and pinch it as shown in the picture.
• Attach ( #8 )on the cover keeping the same regular intervals as the male Velcro stickers on the tubes.
• Ensure that the length of the straps allows the cover to lay flat on the pool, to prevent wind from getting under the cover.
• STEP 12 To remove the solar reel system, slide (#1 from(#9 )and swivel the reel around the pool. Make sure the reel rests on the ledge or remove it completely.
