The Wireless Remote Controller is a device designed for select Sony, Canon, and Nikon cameras. It allows users to control their cameras remotely, providing convenience and flexibility in capturing photos or recording videos. The remote controller features a 1/4-20 threaded hole for mounting, a status indicator, a shutter button for half-press autofocus or recording, a mode switch, a battery compartment, a power switch, and a cold shoe compatible clip.

Preparation Before Use
- Press the designated position to remove the battery compartment.
- Install the included battery with the “+” pole facing up.
Pairing Steps
Sony Compatibility Pairing Steps
- Adjust the remote control power switch to [ON]. The status indicator will flash and then go out.
- Confirm that the mode switch is adjusted to [LOCK].
- Adjust the camera settings:
- Select MENU -> [SETUP MENU] -> [Wireless remote (ML-L7) options] -> [ON].
- Select MENU -> [SETUP MENU] -> [Wireless remote (ML-L7) options] -> [Save wireless remote controller].
- Press and hold the shutter / recording button on the remote control until the light flashes rapidly, then release it.
- After successful pairing, the screen will prompt [Wireless remote controller is saved].
- Combine the remote control mode switch with the camera mode:
- For still photography, adjust the remote control mode switch to [STILL] (shutter).
- For recording videos, adjust the remote control mode switch to [MOVIE] (recording).
- Note: The remote control mode needs to be the same as the camera mode. The shutter/record button does not support the half-press autofocus function.
Canon Compatibility Pairing Steps
- Adjust the remote control power switch to [ON]. The status indicator will flash and then go out.
- Confirm that the mode switch is adjusted to [LOCK].
- Restart the controller and camera setting [BLE Function].
- Repeat the procedure from the beginning.

Q &A: Unable to pair or failed to pair
If you are unable to pair or the pairing process fails, please follow these
steps:
- Confirm that the remote control mode switch is adjusted to [LOCK].
- Restart the controller and camera setting [BLE Function].
- Repeat the entire pairing procedure.

Remote Control Mounting

Cold Shoe Compatible Clip installation:
Through the Cold Shoe Compatible Clip, clamping the equipment with its built- in cold shoe. -
1/4″-20 screw installation: After removing the Cold Shoe Compatible Clip, fix the remote control to the built-in 1/4″-20 threaded hole device via a 1/4″-20 screw.
Attention
- The remote control connection procedure may vary from camera to camera, please refer to the remote control section in the camera manual for details.
- The Bluetooth connection range of 100cm / 32.8in is an estimation, which depends on your surroundings.
- To stop pairing: press the Shutter / Recording Button for more than five seconds until the indicator light blinks for five seconds; release the button, the indicator light blinks for three seconds, the pairing is canceled successfully.
- Please turn off the Power Switch when not in use.
