Compatibility
The USB-C Hub is compatible with Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Android, and iPad OS systems. It supports plug-and-play functionality.
Connection
- Connect the USB-C Hub to an available USB-C port on your device.
- Ensure the hub is securely connected and recognized by your system.
- You can now connect additional devices to the hub for data transmission.
Data Transmission

- Q1: When connecting a wireless mouse or keyboard, it may not work properly.
- Most wireless devices like mice, keyboards, and Bluetooth devices work in the 2.4 GHz wireless band. USB 3.0 Port has the potential for interference that can affect the device’s performance. The most effective method is to add a USB 2.0 extension cable between the Docking and the receiver.
- Q2: The connected device can’t be used.
- This hub is powered by a host device, it can’t support two or more high-consumer devices.
- Q3: The charging speed is slow.
- This hub doesn’ t have any Charging protocol, it is just suitable for data transmission.
