electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
Materials and components with hazardous content
LCDs may contain hazardous substances like Pb and BFRs which are covered by
exemptions under the RoHS directive. However, the majority is present in the
printed circuit boards assembly. In order to reduce emissions as much as
possible, a complete disposal of the old appliance is required. This treatment
may only be performed in authorized handling plants.

Disassembly process

Remove the stand base Push the button to remove the stand base assy
Remove
the stand assy and the base assy.

Remove the rear cover
Remove the screws and pull apart bezel & rear cover. Remove the Cover 10.
Note: Be careful, the BEZEL CLIP is easy to break. Bellow picture for reference.
Use a tool (like picture using) to open all latches.
Disconnect tho pins to remove the roar cover
Remove
the screws to remove the UPPER BACK CABLE HOLDER
Remove
the screws to remove the key board and the Spacer plate & the SPRING
Note: The positions of the clips on the rear cover are as follow. There
are some small gaps between CLIPS. Its suggested to separate bezel arid rear
cover from the gaps.
Remove the main frame and WOOFER from the panel
Remove the black rubberized fabric. aluminum foil Disconnect the connectors.
Note. When you assemble the LCD. you must tidy the wire as follow
picture.
Remove the screws to remove the main frame
Note: When you assemble the LCD, you must tidy the wires as follow picture.
Remove
the screws to separate the panel and the Middle Frame and the Deco bezel.
Remove the panel
Note. Because the panel is easy to be broken. when we remove the panel. we
should hold the iron on the panel edge by using two hands at the same time,
and should avoid touching the panel surface.
Remove
the screws to remove key board. Disconnect the pin.
Remove
the lens and remove the screw to remove the Light Sensor Board. Disconnect the
pin.
Remove
the main board from the main frame.
Pull out the wires from main board
Disassembly Time
Total time: 30 minutes
