SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard. Respect the operating times of the accessories indicated in their specific sections of the manual. Proceed according to the maintenance and cleaning section of this manual for cleaning. Warning: potential injury from misuse! Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and cleaning. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.

CAUTION:
To avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility. This appliance is intended for use at a maximum altitude of 2000m above sea level.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS
This appliance is designed for home use and should never be used for commercial or industrial use under any circumstances. Any incorrect use or improper handling of the product shall render the warranty null and void. Before plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as the one indicated on the product label. The mains con-nection cable must not be tangled or wrapped around the product during use. Do not use the device or connect and disconnect to the supply mains with the hands and/or feet wet. To ensure the sealing effect of the blending blade, please do not allow the blending blade to work without load. Do not pull on the connection cord to unplug it or use it as a handle Unplug the product immediately from the mains in the event of any breakdown or damage and contact an official technical support service. To prevent any risk of danger, do not open the device. Only qualified technical personnel from the brand´s Official technical support service may carry out repairs or procedures on the device. Only for indoor use. The product has a thermal safety component that operates in case of abnormal higher temperatures. In case of operation of this component, it is needed to unplug the product from the mains and let cool for at least 15 minutes.

BEFORE USE

  1. Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time.
  2. Let hot ingredients cool down before you process them (max. temperature 60°C).
  3. Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2 cm before you process them.
  4. Assemble the appliance properly before you put the plug in the wall socket.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

USE OF THE HAND BLENDER
The hand blender is intended for blending liquids (e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and shakes), mixing soft ingredients, and pureeing cooked ingredients (e.g. for making baby food)

  1. Attach the blender blade to the motor unit. It will “click” into place.
  2. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
  3. Press the speed button (I) or turbo speed button (II) to switch on the appliance.
  4. Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingredients.

The appliance has a variable speed control function shown on the unit top, please refer to Fig.1. Turn the speed control clockwise to increase the power or counterclockwise to decrease the power.

USE OF THE CHOPPER
The chopper is intended for chopping ingredients such as nuts, meat, onions, hard cheese, boiled eggs, garlic, herbs, dry bread etc. The blades are very sharp! So be very careful when handling the blade unit. Be especially careful when you remove the blade unit from the chopper bowl, when you empty the chopper bowl and during cleaning.

  1. Attach the chopper blade unit to the chopper bowl.
  2. Add the ingredients to the chopper bowl.
  3. Fix the coupling unit onto the chopper bowl.
  4. Insert the motor unit into the chopper bowl.
  5. Press the speed button (I) or turbo speed button (II) to switch on the appliance.

If the ingredients are stuck to the wall of the chopper bowl, loosen them by adding liquid or using a spatula. Always let the appliance cool down after chopping meat.

USE OF THE WHISK
The whisk is intended for whipping cream, whisking egg whites, desserts etc.

  1. Insert the whisk into the coupling unit.
  2. Insert the coupling unit into the motor unit.
  3. Add the ingredients to a bowl (use a large and deep bowl for the best result).
  4. Immerse the whisk completely in the ingredients. To avoid splashing, start processing by selecting a low speed on the variable speed control and pressing the speed button (I).

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

  • Unplug the power cable before cleaning.
  • Do not touch the blade.
  • Use a dry kitchen cloth to clean the product. It is strictly forbidden to rinse the main unit with water or immerse it in water.
  • Do not use metal or nylon brushes, abrasive household products, thinners or other similar cleaning products to clean the appliance as they can damage its surface structure.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt from the power cable.
