IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Before using the appliance, read these instructions and review the illustrations carefully.
- Keep these instructions for use and retain for future reference.
- Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
- Never use any accessories or parts provided by other manufactures. Your guarantee will become invalid if such accessories or parts are used with this appliance.
- Don’ t use the appliance if the mains cord, plug, or other parts of the appliance are damaged.
- Thoroughly clean the parts of the appliance that will come into contact with food before you use it for the first time.
- Don’ t touch the blades, especially when the appliance is in operation. The blades are very sharp. Hold the central part of the blade when removing or re-inserting it.
- Don’ t use the attachments and/or appliance if they have been damaged. Contact an approved service centre to arrange repairs.
- This appliance should not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Never allow the appliance to operate unattended.
- Switch the appliance off before detaching and installing any accessories.
- Wait until moving parts have stopped running before you remove any parts of the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance immediately after use.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
HOW TO ASSEMBLE/REMOVE THE BOWL
Install the bowl into the main unit:
- Place the bowl onto the bowl socket (P lease press the bowl by force to ensure it is securely in place).
- Install the airproof ring into the lid then turn the bowl lid clockwise to lock the bowl in place. Be sure the lid has locked in place in the correct position.
- Install the measuring cup.
WARNING
The appliance is fitted with a safety lock between the bowl and the main
unit. The appliance will not work unless the lid has been properly closed.
- There is a risk of injury as a result of hot food projecting from the bowl. Never try and force the lid of the bowl open when the appliance is in operation.
Remove the bowl from the main unit:
- Stop the appliance.
- Rotate the bowl lid anti-clockwise to release it.
- Remove the bowl from the main appliance.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE BLADE ACCESSORIES

When the bowl is installed on the main unit: Make sure the power to the appliance is off. Insert the blade on the pin of the bowl bottom and rotate it anticlockwise to lock the blade until r it is fixed in place. While removing the blade from the bowl, please hold the upper part of the blade and rotate it clockwise to release the blade from the bowl.

When the bowl is not on the main unit: Hold the shaft at the bowl bottom with one hand and install the blade using your other hand (as above).
Caution:
The blade is very sharp. Handle it with care. Only hold the upper part of the
blade!
CONTROL PANEL DESCRIPTION
ON/OFF BUTTON
- Press the ON/OFF button to start or pause the appliance.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button for two seconds to reset the appliance.
- When the appliance is working, the ON/OFF indicator light will be illuminated. When the appliance stops working, the ON/OFF indicator will keep flashing.
SPEED KNOB
- The speed knob is for blending and crushing food. Rotating the knob will start the motor directly (without pressing the ON/OFF button).

- When the inside temperature of the bowl reaches 60°C, the pulse function will not work.
- When the temperature is set at 60°C, and the speed is set at 3 level, the appliance will reach the target speed slowly, and stop heating.
- Working mode in speed-1: Blending 10 seconds and stop 3 seconds, keep cycle.
TEMPERATURE RANGE WITH HEATING INDICATOR LIGHT
Temperature range: 37°C, 80°C, 90°C, 100°C, or 120°C.
HEATING BUTTON
Press the heating button to select the temperature from five options: 37°C, 80°C, 90°C, 100°C, and 120°C. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate. The temperature setting will return to “O” on the sixth press.
TIME INCREASE/DECREASE BUTTON
- The timer ranges between 30 seconds and 99 minutes.
- Press the timer”+” button to increase the cooking time and press the”-” button to decrease the time.
- Once the processing time has been set, the appliance timer will count down ( … 5, 4, 3, 2, 1) until the set time elapses, at which point the appliance will stop automatically.
- If the timer has not been set, the appliance timer will continue to count up (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 … ) until the cooking process is stopped.
- When only setting the speed, the time setting is limited within 5 minutes.
LED DISPLAY
- Auto mode display: When the Auto Program mode is selected, the LED display will show the mode you selected (P1, P2, P3, P4) and the total time after the appliance started to work.
- When the appliance is paused for more than five minutes, the LED display will turn off. It will re- illuminate when you touch any button.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR DIV MODE
Note:
It is not possible to switch between the DIV mode and Auto mode when the
appliance is in operation.
- MIXING FOOD
- Assemble the bowl and blade, then cover the bowl lid and plug in the appliance.
- Set the time you need (optional, the maximum time is five minutes). Rotate the speed knob to select the speed; the appliance will start to operate at the same time. You can press the ON/OFF button to pause or restart the appliance.
- When the set time is reached, the appliance will stop automatically. You may hear a beep sound ten times.
- Caution:
* When processing hard food, such as coffee beans and almonds, do not operate the appliance for longer than 40 seconds. Allow ten minutes’ rest between each operation.
- HEATING FOOD
- Assemble the bowl and blade, then cover the bowl lid and plug in the appliance.
- Set the required temperature.
- If you don’ t set the time, the appliance will heat up to your desired temperature and maintain the temperature for up to 99 minutes unless you switch the appliance off. If you set the time, the appliance will shut down when the set time is reached (even if the appliance did not reach your desired temperature).
- Press the ON/OFF button to start heating.
- Caution:
* Don’ t touch the metal part of the bowl or blade while it is hot.
* Only hold the handle of the bowl when moving it.
* Never heat the bowl when it is empty.
* Don’ t heat more than 500 ml of milk or liquid at any one time.
- HEATING AND MIXING
- Assemble the bowl and blade, then cover the bowl lid and plug in the appliance.
- Set the required temperature.
- If you don’ t set the time, the appliance will heat up to your desired temperature and maintain the temperature for up to 99 minutes unless you switch the appliance off. If you set the time, the appliance will shut down when the set time has been reached (even if the appliance did not reach your desired temperature).
- Rotate the speed to start the appliance. Press the ON/OFF button to pause or restart the appliance.
Caution:
* Safety protection when operating at high temperatures: When the temperature reaches ;;:;60°C, and the speed is set at ;;:;3 level, the appliance will work up to the target speed slowly, and the heating function will stop. Please set the speed at;:;; 2 level if mixing and heating at a temperature ;;:;60°C.

STEAM MODE

Affix the bowl to the main appliance.

Add the water (0.5 L water 1.75L) to the bowl. (Caution: Do not add more than 0.5 liters of liquid to the bowl. 0.SL water can be used for steaming food for 30 minutes).

Cover the bowl lid without the measuring cup. Assemble the steamer per the picture shown and plug in the appliance.

Set the heating mode or heating and mixing modes to steam as above.

While the appliance is in standby mode, press the “Soup” button; the appropriate indicator will illuminate. There are three auto programs (press the button repeatedly to select between P1, P2, or P3) available in the “soup” mode (see the program details).

DESSERT BUTTON
While the appliance is in standby mode, press the “Dessert” button; the appropriate indicator will illuminate. There are four auto programs (press the button repeatedly to select between P1, P2, P3, or P4) available in the “Dessert” mode (see the program details). -
SLOW COOK BUTTON

While the appliance is in standby mode, press the “Slow cook” button; the appropriate indicator will illuminate. There are four auto programs (press the button repeatedly to select between P1, P2, P3, or P4) available in the “Slow Cook” mode (see the program details).

While the appliance is in standby mode, press the “Dough” button, the appropriate indicator will illuminate. Press the ON/OFF button to start the appliance. The dough mode has only one auto program (see the program details).

The maximum recommended amount of dough for kneading is 250g. Do not add more than 250g of dough within two minutes.

MAINTENANCE AND DAILY CARE
- Before you clean the appliance, turn off the appliance and remove the plug from the socket.
- While cleaning, do not immerse the bowl in water. Do not clean the metal bowl in the dishwasher!
- After the bowl cools down, remove the blade from the bowl. Clean the inside and outside of the bowl. Always keep the contact pins at the bottom of the bowl clean and dry. Use a damp cloth to clean the contact pins.
- Never use pointed or sharp objects for cleaning as this may damage functional parts or affect the safety of the appliance.
- Wash accessory parts in hot soapy water. Clean them immediately after use. Rinse them with clear hot water and dry them immediately.
- Never immerse the main appliance in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap. Use a damp cloth to clean the appliance.
- .Lubricate the blade with some vegetable oil. The blade is very sharp! Handle it with care!
- .lf the bowl and blade are difficult to clean. You may add some hot soapy water to the bowl and run the appliance at Speed 1 for a few seconds.
TROUBLESHOOTING

EOS| Dry burning protection activates (when the temperature inside the bowl
rises to 140°(, the heating will automatically be deactivated and the EOS code
will be displayed).| Turn off the machine and let the appliance cool down
before restarting it.
