PRODUCT FEATURES

  1. This product has a water shortage protection function, designed for the automatic removal of water from pool covers.
  2. The pump will automatically work when the water level is above 0.7inch, and automatically shut off when water drops to 0.7inch.
  3. With 3/4 inch and 1/2 inch garden hose adapters, can fit standard 3/4 and 1/2 garden hose.
  4. The product adopts a DC 24 V low-voltage adapter, safe and worry-free.
  5. The 3/4-inch hose couplings are equipped with a non-return valve, which can effectively prevent the backflow of water.
  6. With a 49.2ft power cord and an 11.48ft head, this pump can be widely used in swimming pool covers, fish tanks, bathtubs, basements, small ponds, boat barns or roofs, etc.

STEPS TO INSTALL THE PUMP

  1. Connect the power cord and adapter.
  2. Install a hose adapter to the water outlet.
  3. Install the hose-to-hose adapter.
  4.  Connect the power supply.
  5. When the pump is completely submerged, it will work automatically.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE PUMP

  • Always disconnect the pump before cleaning.
  • Clean the pump when it is visibly soiled or when a drop in performance is detected.
  • The pump needs to be cleaned periodically.

Steps to cleaning the pump

  1. Turn the back cover in the direction of unlocking, and unscrew the back cover lock D.
  2. Remove the bottom cover of the pump ®, filter sponge ® and rotor access cover *.
  3. Take out the rotor assembly 5.
  4. Clean the filter sponge (replaceable) and rotor.
  5. Please note that the Gasket (a) and Shaft Sleeve (b) on the rotor assembly cannot be lost.

  • A 1. Keep the power cord away from high temperatures or other heat sources.
  • A 2. Do not use this pump to drain the water if there are people in the water.
  • A 3. Always disconnect the electrical power before cleaning the pump.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the pump fails to operate:

  • Check to make sure the power cord is plugged in, the pump is getting power and the pump is fully submerged.
  • Check the pump outlet and hose for blockage.
  • lean the filter sponge and rotor.
  • If the performance of the pump is not satisfactory or the pump does not flow evenly:
  • Check to make sure the pump is completely submerged in water.
  • Check to make sure the filter sponge, rotor, water sensor and shell are clean.
