WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  1. The warranty is granted for a period of 36 months.

  2. The territorial scope of the guarantee is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland.

  3. The warranty period starts from the moment of purchase of the product and condition
    The provision of warranty services is subject to the submission of proof by the Buyer purchase.

  4. The warranty does not cover:
    a) mechanical damage to the product (cracks, bends, scratches, etc.) caused by improper handling of the product,
    b) parts subject to wear during normal use,
    c) activities related to maintenance, cleaning and adjustment of the product,
    d) slight deviations of products from their given properties, which do not have no impact on the utility value of the product,
    e) EasyClean® polymer protective coating,
    f) defects and damage caused by:
    • assembly not in accordance with the assembly instructions provided by the manufacturer product,
    • making independent repairs and alterations,
    • precipitation of sediments from used water,
    • inappropriate care of the products, e.g. using non-abrasive cleaning agents Harsh chemicals,
    • improper use of the product, i.e. inconsistent with the intended use of the product.

  5. In the event of a justified complaint, Radaway Sp. from 0.0. obliges to:
    a) free delivery of missing or defective parts,
    b) providing appropriate advice,
    c) perform the repair within the shortest possible time agreed with the Buyer,
    d) replacing the goods with ones free from defects if repair is impossible or requires excessive costs.

  6. The product should be checked thoroughly within 30 days from the date of purchase, otherwise otherwise, the right to make a complaint due to incompleteness and possible damage resulting from in transit expires (does not apply to hidden defects).

  7. Starting the installation of the product is tantamount to not confirming it visible defects and means that the product contains all the required elements.

  8. The buyer loses the warranty if he fails to notify the seller of the defect in a timely manner. not 2 months from the discovery of the defect. You should stop using the product immediately after discovering the defect in order to avoid greater damage.

  9. Costs related to damage resulting from assembly or disassembly The product is not returnable.

  10. Failure to comply with the conditions contained in the assembly instructions will result in loss of rights for warranty repairs.

  11. Unjustified service calls will be the basis for charging the Buyer with access and repair routes.

  12. Radaway Sp. from 0.0. reserves the right to make changes to the offer new products.

  13. Complaints about products purchased in the Republic of Poland are possible please contact the point of purchase of the product or directly with the manufacturer at: by e-mail [email protected] with the loss of proof of purchase. Keeping the cabin clean and maintained For daily care, use a soft cloth. To clean the glass, use Environmentally friendly, mild cleaning agents in the form of liquids are sufficient, e.g. Glass Cleaner. Under no circumstances should sharp objects be used, unless micals or abrasives, which lead to scratches on the surface of the bins and loss of warranty. In the case of polymer glass, the protective coating Easy- -Clean®, it is recommended to refresh the coating every 6 months with Glass Protector.
    1. The cabin should be assembled in accordance with the attached instructions. Adherence to installation of the product constitutes acceptance of the warranty terms.
    2. As a standard, the cabins are sized for installation on a shower tray of the following type: great sizes. The actual overall dimensions of the cabin are slightly smaller than the mines given in the name of the article.
    3. All Radaway cabins are tight in accordance with the PN-EN 14428+A1:2008 standard, which precisely defines tightness issues and specifies test methods.
    According to the standard, slight splashing of water outside the outline is allowed cabins.
    4. The cabin should be transported and stored only in its original packaging waniu. Any other method of transportation and storage may cause damage mechanical causing loss of warranty.
    5. The room in which the cabin will be installed must meet the following requirements: conditions:
    • has input and output located in accordance with technical conditions water,
    • have a well-leveled base,
    • has ventilation in accordance with technical requirements.
    This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Buyer’s rights resulting from the provisions on warranty for defects in sold goods.
