Important instructions
Thank you for purchasing an ALIGATOR watch with localization function. Please read this instruction manual.
- Do not turn on or use the device in places where it is prohibited.
- Do not use in the vicinity of personal or medical or healthcare equipment without confirming that the radio emissions from the device will not affect their operation – it may affect the function of pacemakers and other implanted devices – consult your physician regarding its use.
- Always switch off on the plane.
- Do not use near explosives.
- SAR – the device meets the regulations for maximum electromagnetic radiation.
- Handle the equipment and accessories with care and protect them from falling to the ground, mechanical damage, dirt and extreme temperatures. Do not disassemble!

How to start
To insert a SIM card
The watch can be used with a Micro SIM size card. Before inserting the card
into the watch, make sure (e.g. by inserting it into a mobile phone) that the
SIM card has call and data connectivity activated and that PIN security is
disabled.
- Unscrew the cap on the side of the watch using the screwdriver provided.
- Insert the SIM card into the slot 3 under the cover in the direction shown on the back of the watch.
- Screw the cap back in place.
Switching On the watch
- First, charge the battery using the included charging adapter.
- The watch can then be switched On by holding the button 1 on the side.
Switching Off the watch
- For safety reasons, the watch can only be switched off using the app after pairing with the app – the side button 1 is then used as the SOS alarm button.
- Before pairing with the app, you can turn the watch off by holding the button 1 on the side.
Installing the app on your smartphone

Install the CarePro+ app on your smartphone, which you can find in the app store.

We recommend that you follow the general rules for the safe use of electronic communications and movement in cyberspace. Do not disclose or share personal and sensitive information to strangers or unknown persons, store access passwords carefully and do not disclose them to anyone. Remove all sensitive data before disabling, discarding or handing over communications equipment.
Registration
After installing the app, launch it and create a user account – you will need to fill in a valid email address and password. Once registration is complete, log in.
Pairing an app with your watch
- After registration, you will be prompted to add your watch to the app – to do this, you will need to enter the registration number from the label supplied with the watch.
- You can enter the number manually or scan the registration QR code on the label.
IMPORTANT!!!
Once paired, the watch is irreversibly linked to your account. It is therefore essential that you make a secure note of the email and password for your registration. Without it, you will not be able to connect your watch to another phone in the future.
Watch control
- With a short press of the side button 1 , the watch display can be switched on/off. The watch face is displayed.
- By sliding your finger across the screen from left to right or vice versa, you can scroll through the menu of functions when the screen is activated.
- Tap the screen to activate the feature.
- Tap the touch button 2 below the screen to go back one step or to the main screen.
SOS button
If you press and hold the side button 1 , after pairing the watch with the app, the silent SOS alarm is activated. A message is sent to the app and the watch calls the preset SOS family number – see chapter Setting up the watch with the app.

Watch functions
Slide your finger across the screen from left to right or vice versa. The main screen appears when you tap the touch button below the screen.

Main screen
Displays time and date in digital form, battery charge, signal, connection and received hearts indicators. -
Phone
Allows you to make phone calls from your watch. You can enter a phone number on the on-screen keypad and use the green button at the bottom to dial it. There are also buttons at the bottom of the screen to go to contacts and to delete the last digit. -
Contact
- A simple phone book that can be created using the settings in the control application. Individual contacts can be viewed by tapping the left / right arrows on the screen.
- To dial the displayed contact, tap the green button in the middle.

Voice messages
- Allows you to receive and send short voice and text messages between the app on your phone and your watch.
- You can view or play the message by tapping the bubble at the top of the screen.
- To record and send an audio message, hold down the yellow button at the bottom of the screen. The message will be recorded as long as you hold the button (max. 15 sec.).
- You can create a short audio message or send a short text from the app on your phone.
- Only an audio message can be created on the watch.

Pulse/pressure
- It measures your heart rate using a built-in sensor on the back of the watch. A countdown at the top of the screen shows the remaining time the measurement will take before the results are displayed.
- The results are then displayed on the screen and sent to the application.
- Based on the heart rate measurement, the estimated pressure value is also displayed. The pressure values are only estimated from the heart rate value, based on the model for a healthy person. This is not an actual measurement and the displayed values may therefore be misleading and completely different from the actual pressure values.
- All measured values are indicative, cannot be guaranteed, may differ from reality and cannot be used for health purposes.

Camera
Allows you to take a photo with the built-in camera above the watch display. -
Photo album
Allows you to view, delete or send the last photo you took to the app. -
Pedometer
Displays the daily number of steps. The function must first be enabled in the app, in the Health Settings Switch.
Applications and remote control
Home screen
- To view the Home screen, tap the Home icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Displays the last known watch location address and health information (step count, heart rate, sleep). Use the icons at the top to launch the following functions:
- Voice messages
- Calls
- Telephone directory
Finding the position of the watch
- In the app, tap the Locate icon at the bottom of the screen to view the map. After a moment, the watch‘s current location on the map will be displayed, if available. It will also show the approximate address, the watch‘s battery status, and how to determine the location.
- Tap the map to hide this information.
- To update your location, tap the pin icon at the bottom left of the screen. This will instruct the watch to rediscover and send your current location.
- The location is determined according to the availability of the signal, either by using a GPS receiver (most accurate), by using nearby Wi-Fi networks (less accurate) or by using the operator‘s network location – LBS (approximate location). GPS signal is often not available indoors, where Wi-Fi location is better suited.
Safe area – geofencing
Up to 3 safe areas can be defined for the watch using the app, and an alert is
sent to the app if you leave them:
- Go to the map by tapping the Locate icon at the bottom of the screen,
- tap the fence icon on the map,
- tap the + button at the bottom of the screen,
- on the map, tap the centre of the safe area,
- enter the name of the area in the line below the map,
- use the + and – buttons to zoom in/out the area,
- finally, save the area using the Save button.
Setting up your watch using the app
Once paired, you can use the app to make settings for your watch. Tap the Me
icon at the bottom of the screen. A menu will appear. Among other things, you
can set:
- SOS number – to send an SMS message after pressing the SOS button
- Time zone selectiona – for correct time display on the watch
- Language selection – to set the menu language in the watch
Refuse unknown calls
- For better security, you can set your watch to only accept phone calls from contacts in your phone book – other numbers will be rejected and their list displayed in the app.
- On the Me screen, select Reject unknown calls. Then tap the button at the bottom of the screen to turn the feature on/off.
Search for a watch
This function in the Me section allows you to remotely trigger an audio signal
on your watch.
Switching off the watch remotely
On the Me screen, select Remote Shutdown to turn off the watch. For security
reasons, the watch can only be turned off in this way when connected to the
app.
Remote photography
On the Me screen, select Remote Photo. The photos sent from the watch will be
displayed. When you press the Remote Photo button, the watch will take a photo
that will appear in the app after a while.
Remote listening
On the Me screen, select Sound Guardian, enter the phone number in the line
and press OK. Your watch will turn on the microphone and automatically call
the phone number you entered. This makes it possible to hear what is happening
around the watch.
