INSTALLATION
1. INSTALLING THE DOOR/WINDOW SENSOR BATTERY
Find the battery compartment, as shown in the figure, and pull it out with
your finger.
Put the battery CR2032 into the battery compartment with the negative pole
facing out. Push the battery compartment into the product.
2. SYNCING THE DOOR/
WINDOW SENSOR AND DOORBELL CHIME
Press and hold the “Tune” button on the doorbell until the doorbell sounds a
“peep-beep”. Put the BA and BB of the door/window sensor closer with the
distance less than 0.5 inches.
Move the BA and BB of the door/window sensor apart with distance more than 0.5
inches, the blue indicator will be lit for 3 seconds, and the doorbell sounds
a “beep-beep” within 10S to indicate syncing successfully.
Align the BA and BB and make them closer with the distance less than 0.5
inches., when you try to move them apart, the blue indicator lit for 3 seconds
and the synced doorbell receives a signal and plays the tune.
3. TESTING THE DOOR/WINDOW SENSOR AND DOORBELL CHIME (NOT INCLUDED)
Temporarily position the door/window sensor where it will be mounted.
Before mounting, hold the sensor and magnet and verify operation. While
holding the sensor still, move the magnet away from the sensor to simulate
door being opened, the blue LED on sensor lights up for 3 seconds and the
doorbell sounds.
If the doorbell does not sound, move the doorbell closer to the door/window
sensor and test again.
NOTE: Do not permanently mount the Door/window sensor until the
Door/window sensor and doorbell chime are working properly.
4. MOUNTING THE DOOR/WINDOW SENSOR
Mounting the sensor (BA):
To mount with screws, remove the back of the door/window sensor (BA) by
pushing in the tab on the bottom with a small screwdriver. Place the
door/window sensor back on the desired location and mark the two screw holes
(40mm apart). Drill two holes 7/32 in (5.5mm). Attach with screws and snap on
the front of the door/window sensor.
To mount with double-sided tape, remove the paper from both sides of the
double-sided tape and apply to a clean surface.
Mounting the magnet (BB):
To mount with screws, remove the back of the magnet (BB) by pushing in the tab
on the bottom with a small screw- driver. Place the door/window sensor back on
the desired location and mark the two screw holes (20mm apart). Drill two
holes 7/32 in (5.5mm). Attach with screws and snap on the front of the
door/window sensor.
To mount with magnet with double-sided tape, remove the paper from both sides
of the double-sided tape and apply to a clean surface.
NOTE: The maximum distance between the sensor and magnet is for 0.5
inches (13 mm) . The arrows located on the face of each component must be
aligned and facing toward each other. The magnet must be close to the sensor
within proper distance, or it might not work properly.
NOTE: If the gap between the door and the door frame is more than 0.5
inches (13 mm) after the door is closed, please try to use a spacer to ensure
proper alignment.

OPERATION
Code Conversion
Door/window sensor default Code pattem: 12E.
Press the silicone button in the back for 3 seconds, the indicator light of
the door/window sensor will flash for 3 secondes. This indicates the
door/window sensor has been converted to the 100M code.
Press the silicone button in the back for 3 seconds, the indicator light of
the doorAwindow sensor will flash quickly once. This indicates the door/window
sensor has been converted to the 12E code.
Press the silicone button in the back for 3 seconds, the code can be converted
between 100M and 12E.
NOTE: The defautt state of door/window sensor is 12E, tt is necessary to
convert the code type according to the type of the doorbell chime.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM #1
The doorbell chime does not sound.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
A. The batteries are not installed correctly.
B. The batteries are dead.
C. The door/window sensor and doorbell chime are not synced.
D. The code of door/window sensor doesn’t match the code of doorbell chime.
SOLUTION:
A. Make sure the batteries are installed according to the diagram inside the
door/window sensor and doorbell chime.
B. Check the charge of the door/window sensor and doorbell chime batteries and
replace them if necessary.
C. Sync the door/window sensor and doorbell chime:
Press and hold the “Tune” button on the doorbell chime until the doorbell
chime prompts a “beep-beep.”
Open and close the sensor (BA) and magnet (BB) of door/ window sensor within
10 seconds. The chime will sound a “beep-beep” tone to indicate the sensor is
synced.
Open and close the BA and BB of door/window sensor again to ensure operation.
D. Ensure the code of the door/window sensor matches the code of the doorbell
chime. To ensure operation, they will both need to be in 100M code or 12E
code. Refer to Operation step 1 for more information. Re-sync the door/window
sensor and chime again. (see step 2 of installation)
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM #2
The batteries seem okay, but the doorbell chime does not work after
installation.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
A. Doorbell chime or door/window sensor is mounted on metalor near metal
studs.
B. Doorbell chime is mounted near a concrete floor or wall.
C. Doorbell chime and door/window sensor are installed too far apart.
SOLUTION:
A. Metal reduces transmission range. Use 1/4 in. to 1/2 in. (6 to 13 mm) wood
shims to move the doorbell chime or door/window sensor away from the metal
surface.
B. Concrete may reduce range. Move the doorbell chime away from the concrete
surface.
C. Locate the doorbell chime closer to the door/window sensor.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM #3
Doorbell chime sounds when not intended (false triggers).
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
A. Doorbell chime is receiving interference from another wireless device.
SOLUTION 1:
A. Convert the door/window sensor and doorbell chime to 100M code (see step
1 of operation).
SOLUTION 2:
A. If the door/window sensor and doorbell chime do not work after Solution
1, please perform a factory reset using the steps below:
Press and hold ” Tune ” button of the doorbell chime for 10 seconds until the
doorbell chime prompts “beep-beep- beep-beep”.
To re-sync the door/window sensor and doorbell chime, press and hold the
“Tune” button on the doorbell chime for 3 seconds until the doorbell chime
prompts a “beep-beep”.
Move apart and close two parts of the door sensor within 10 seconds, the
doorbell chime will prompt “beep-beep” to indicate the door sensor issynced.
Move apart and close the two parts of the door/window sensor to ensure
operation.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM #4
The new door/window sensor and doorbell chime do not work with existing
door/window sensors and doorbell chimes.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
A. The new door/window sensor and doorbell chime are not using the same
codes as existing door/window sensors and doorbell chimes.
SOLUTION:
A. Ensure the code of the door/window sensor matches the code of the
doorbell chime. To ensure operation, they will both need to be in 100M code or
12E code. Refer to operation steps 1 for more information. Please call
1-888-543-1388 for assistance in
changing the codes to work with the existing door/window sensors and doorbell
chimes. Re-sync the door/ window sensor and chime again. (see step 2 of
installation)

workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Purchase receipt is
required for all warranty claims.
This warranty does not include expendable items (such as light bulbs,
batteries, etc.), repair service, adjustment and calibration due to misuse,
abuse or negligence.
Unauthorized service or modification of the product or of any furnished
component will void this warranty in its entirety. This warranty does
notinclude reimbursement for inconvenience, installation, setup time, loss of
use, unauthorized service, or return shipping charges. This warranty is not
extended to other equipment and components thata customer uses in conjunction
with this product.
