The pulp from my Philips juicer feels moist

The wetness of the pulp depends on:

  1. The consistency of the fruits and vegetables used
  2. The amount of fiber (it can block the mesh holes of the sieve so that the juice flows into the pulp container instead of the jug)

To prevent this:

  1. Clean the sieve in between juicings
  2. Insert the fruits or vegetables into the feeding tube slowly, piece by piece
  3. Do not exert too much pressure on the pusher

Note: Even if the pulp still feels a little wet, the juicer has already extracted the maximum out of the fruits or vegetables used. However, this is the case with all juice extractors.

What do I use the Philips juicer foam separator for?

The integrated foam separator in the lid removes foam from your juice and gives you a clear juice. If you want juice with a foam layer, remove the lid after juicing.
