Tuya Smart Keyless Entry Door Lock App
Which app to use? How to connect my lock to the APP?

APP installation Scan the QR code; or install the “Tuya Smart” in the APP Store. Then follow the prompts to register and log in.

Add device: (Turn on the Bluetooth and wake up the keypad)Wait about 10 seconds for the Add Smart Lock page to automatically pop up[as shown in the figure(left 1)]. If not, you can follow the instructions below to add the lock.
Determine the door is right handed or left handed.
Lock and unlock Sensor seems to be switched to the opposite of what it is
Turn The lock switch knob to “horizontal” direction.
Turn the lock switch knob to “vertical direction”.
Note: If the direction of the slide switch is set incorrectly, it can be
reset in App.
- Does item have WiFi access?
- This smart lock connects via Bluetooth and does not require WiFi. If you want to achieve remote control via WiFi connection, please purchase the wifi gateway separately.
Why does fingerprint unlocking always go wrong?
Warm tips:
Please record all 5 fingerprint angles as shown in the picture , so that the
recognition flexibility will be increased by more then 99.9%!
Notes:
- 1. use the belly of fingers to record, not fingertip.
- 2. The same fingerprint needs to be scanned from multipole angles.
- 3. The same user can scan multiple fingerprints.
- 4. Please keep your fingers clean and not too dry or wet.
How to add family members?
TIPS:
- When adding a family member, you need to complete the home information of the smart lock ( virtual information is sufficient).
- Before adding , please confirm that the member to be added has registered with the tuya APP.
- When adding a family member the family member needs to associate and account and accept the invitation before being added.
