SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read all warnings posted on the equipment.

Read this Owner’s Manual and follow it carefully before using the equipment.

We recommend that two people be available for assembly of this product.

Keep children and pets away from the equipment. Do not allow children and pets to use or play on the equipment.

Make sure it is correctly assembled before start using it.

Place the equipment in a dry area away from humid, saline or corrosive environments.

Set up and operate the equipment on a solid level surface. Do not position the equipment on loose rugs or uneven surfaces.

Inspect the equipment for worn or loose components prior to each use.

Replace any loose or worn components prior to using the equipment and/or or keep the equipment out of service until it has been completely repaired.

Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the equipment.

Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear correct footwear, such as running, walking or cross-training shoes.

Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting, or assembling the equipment loss of balance may result in a fall and serious bodily injury.

Keep both feet firmly and securely on the foot pedals or on the band (in case of treadmills) while exercising.

The equipment should not be used by persons weighing over 130 kg.

The equipment should be used by only one person at a time.

The equipment is for light commercial use.

Make sure that adequate space is available for access to and passage around the equipment; keep at least
a distance of 1 meter from any obstruction object while using the machine. -
Do the maintenance of the equipment indicated in this manual.
ATTENTION: Before starting any exercise or conditioning program you should consult with your personal physician to see if you require a complete physical exam. If, at any time during exercise, you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician. Follow your physician’s recommendations in developing your own personal fitness program. Always choose the workout which best fits your physical strength and flexibility level. Know your limits and train within them. Always use common sense when exercising.

HARDWARE PACKAGE
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
In order to make your installation as easy as possible, we have installed the
important parts for you. Before you assemble the machine, it is recommended
that you read the assembly instructions carefully and follow the instructions
step by step. Please check the products received in the package. STEP
2 Remove the packaging aids
First remove the two screws (B) and the board (A) with the Allen key provided
and throw them away (the subsequent installation steps are not used). STEP
3 Installation of bottom pipe assembly. (This step requires 2 people)
After unpacking, the material block (C) is padded under the machine table to
facilitate the installation of the rear bottom pipe assembly. (Image below:
Another person holds the front end of the machine to avoid tilting). Find the
Rear Bottom Pipe Assembly (2).
Two inner hexagonal head bolts (3/8″-16105(16) are respectively sheathed with
flat gaskets Φ10.4Φ252.0(17), then passed through the holes on the rear
bottom pipe and locked on the corresponding meal gold of the main frame (1).
Remove the package block (C) under the machine and throw it away.STEP 4
Install the front and bottom pipe assembly. Find the front and bottom pipe
assembly (3).
Find the front and bottom pipe assembly (3). Flat gaskets (Φ10.4Φ252.0(17)
are respectively sheathed with two inner hexagonal head bolts
(3/8″-16105(16). Then they pass through the holes on the front and bottom
pipes and are locked on the corresponding rice gold of the main frame
(1). STEP
5 Install the big handle assembly.
Find the Big Handle Tube Assembly (4). The spring washer M8 (5/16) (19) is
respectively sheathed with three inner hexagonal head bolts 5/16″-1858 (18).
Then the spring washer M8 (5/16) (19) is fastened to the corresponding meal
money of the main frame (1) by passing through the hole on the big handle tube
assembly (4). The aviation terminal (D) on the big handle tube assembly (4) is
inserted into the interface of the main frame (E). STEP 6 Install backrest assembly
Find ij backrest assembly (5). Four inner six-head bolts, 5/16″20(20), were
used to pass through the holes in the round tube of the seat-back assembly
(5). And lock it in the main frame (1) Corresponding sheet metal. STEP
7 Installation of cushions Find the cushion (6).
Four inner hexagonal disc head bolts M6*40(21) are used to pass through the
holes in the circular tube of the seatback assembly (5), respectively, and the

cushion (7)
Four inner hexagonal head bolts M640(21) are used to pass through the holes in the round tube of the seatback assembly(5) and the back cushion(7) Lock on the assembly through the backrest. STEP 9. Install back cushion cover Find the back cushion cover (8)
The back cushion cover (8) is fastened to the back cushion (7) with two inner hexagonal head bolts (22).STEP 10. Install left and right pedals Find left and right pedals (9), (10) With an open wrench (A), the left pedal (9) is clockwise locked in the left crank thread hole of the main frame (1), and the right pedal (10) is clockwise locked in the right crank thread hole of the main frame (1).STEP 11. Install upper column assembly. (This step requires two people) Find Upper Column Assembly (11) One person will put the upper column assembly (11) close to the installation gold on the main frame (1), and the other will connect the lines (I) and (i), (J) and (j), (K) and (k), (L) and (l), (M) and (m) in the main frame with the lines inside the column, and then insert the wires together into the column holes. Lest installation press to line. Then, the installation gold on the upper column assembly (11) is clipped into the two internal hexagonal head bolts reserved on the main frame, which are flattened within 3/8″20(23). Then two inner hexagonal head bolts 3/8″*20(23) are used to pass through the upper column mounting plate, and finally four bolts are locked together. **STEP
- Install front and rear cover**
Find the front and rear cover (12), (13). The front trim cover (12) is aligned with the corresponding holes on the left and right guards of the main frame in the direction of arrows and leveled. Then align the rear cover (13) downwards with the corresponding holes on the left and right guards according to the arrow direction. Then push the back cover forward to clamp.
STEP 13. Install the water cup rack
Search for water cup holder (14). The chuck corresponding to the water cup
holder (14) is clamped into the rice money on the column assembly (11). Fixed
tightly.
STEP 14 Install console group
Close to the upper pole assembly is the console group [(15)]. One person holds
the console group, and the other person holds the signal lines (I) and (i),
(J) and (j), (K) and (k), (L) and (l), (M) and (m) are connected. After the
connection is completed, the wire terminals are inserted into the circular
hole of the console assembly together to avoid the installation pressing to
the line. Finally, the console group (15) is affixed to the upper column
assembly (11) to install silver and gold, and four holes are aligned. The
console group (15) is locked by self-tapping screw #8-18*16(24) with four
cross grooved disc heads.
HOW TO STABILIZE THE EQUIPMENT
The front two are fixed footpads, which are not adjustable. If the whole
machine is not stable, please adjust it with the back-end adjusting footpad
until the machine is stable.HOW TO ADJUST THE SEAT
Use the handle next to seat to adjust the seat.
COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
Display
Note: This product is having a self-generating system. Only while you pedal,
power will be supplied by an internal generator. Attention: Do not use MP3 and
fan on the console when the product is not in use to avoid running out of
power. Power shortage will ause the console stop working!
Button Summary
MODE: press this button to select MANUAL/PROGRAMS/PERSONAL/H.R.C
RECOVERY: this is the heart rate recovery button, for the console to test
the user’ s physical status F1-F6 after 1 min count-down
ENTER: press this button to confirm after value set
RESET: press this button to reset each value
– Decrease: decrease each value (time/distance/calorie/heart rate)
3/6/9/12/15/18/21/24 Resistance short-cut key: press the key to reach
corresponding resistance level during exercise
+Increase: increase each value (time/distance/calorie/heart rate)
START: press this button start the console
STOP: press this button stop the console
Hand-bar resistance short-cut key +/-: press hand-bar shirt-cut key +/- to
increase/decrease resistance.
Operation Summary

The console enter the power-on mode when movement is detected: the buzzer beep for 1 second, and enter the U0 mode window.

User setting
● Set user: Start the movement to acvate the screen, U0 will appear, press +/- to select from U0~U4, and press ENTER to confirm, then could set sex, age, height and weight, press ENTER to confirm.
● Set sex: Press +/- to select sex, then press ENTER to confirm
● Set age: Press +/- to select age 10-25-99, then press ENTER to confirm
● Set height: Press +/- to select height 100-160-200cm, then press ENTER to confirm
● Set weight: Press +/- to select weight 20-50-150kg, then press ENTER to confirm -
Select function (MANUAL, PROGRAM, FITNESS, PERSONAL,HRC) Enter function selection window after user setting, press +/- or MODE to select function, then press ENTER to confirm. Again press +/- to set all the function value (TIME、DIST、 CAL、PULSE), and then press START to start exercise, during which could press +/- and hand-bar +/- to adjust resistance. If select Manual function, and press ENTER to confirm, then press +/- to set value. When set all function value (TIME、DIST、CAL、PULSE), press START to start exercise, during which could press+/- and hand-bar resistance +/- to adjust resistance.
If select PROGRAM function, and press ENTER to confirm, then press +/- to set value. When set all function value (TIME、DIST、CAL、PULSE), press START to start exercise, during which could press +/-
and hand-bar resistance +/- to adjust resistance.
If select FITNESS function, and press ENTER to confirm, other setting not able to set, and press START
to start exercise, during which resistance and time are not able to adjust because it’s a fitness test.
If select other function (PERSONAL, HRC), same as Manual/PROGRAM as above.
Function summary

Could pre-set user U1-U4 personal information (sex/age/height/weight) User input the real information (sex/age/height/weight) for the console’s basis for other function calculation.

Could select MANUAL/PROGRAMS/FITNESS/ PERSONAL/H.R.C User could select different control mode to exercise, please refer to the specification for each major control mode below. MANUAL –enter this mode to set 1~24 resistance level in the matrix, and user could directly set each exercise value TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES/PULSE, then press “START/STOP” to start/stop. PROGRAM- console provides 12 different resistance graph to simulate 12 different mountain resistance situation, to let the user challenge him/herself. Use +/- to select the proper mountain resistance graph, and the selected graph would blink, press ENTER to confirm.FITNESS- Select “FITNESS”, and ENTER to confirm, and time set to 12 min, resistance 6, and could press START to start. When time count-down to 0, the console display the corresponding level F1-F5 based on the exercise.
PERSONAL PROGRAM- User U1~U4 could create their own resistance program by set the resistance at each time interval. The 4 resistance program could be saved in the console for the user’s repeated use.
User enter PERSONAL mode, press +/- to create resistance program based on personal requirement, after creation press ENTER to confirm. When user exercise, console would operate according to the created program.
HEART RATE CONTROL)- this function is to use user’s heart rate to control resistance, and in general there are 4 status based on exercise purposes:
i.55% — diet effect program ii.75% –healthy effect program iii.90% — exercise effect program Target heart rate —self train heart rate value -
Could preset TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES/ HEART RATE
Set and input user’s function value as above, and the function value could count down to 0; when reach 0 the buzzer beeps for 8 times, then function value return to set value, or the user do not need to preset, and the console would increase each function value from 0 to the limit value after start exercise. -
Heart rate recovery
When PULSE detection is on, press HRC to start heart rate recovery function, and the detection time count down from 1:00 to 0, and the heart sign keeps blinking until reaches 0. Please hold your hand firmly onto the sensor during the 1 min detection and keep a slight movement of the exercise to keep the console activated; keep the heart sign blinking, and when time goes back to 0, the console would determine the user’s heart rate and return F1~F6 level. Auto Start and Off
When user start or press any button, the console would auto start. If user
doesn’t exercise or does not use the console for 1 min, the console would auto
power off and enter sleep mode to display temperature.

Note:
- Need to avoid the console from humidity.
MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENTS
- Dry and clean those areas exposed to perspiration. It is recommended to use towels in order to avoid the sweat falling to the equipment.
- Dust and dirt may be the cause of functioning problems in the gears and the internal bearings. It is recommended keeping the equipment casing and its different elements clean.
- Every 25 hours of use, check that all screws and nuts are firmly tightened.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTE
The symbol with which is marked this unit (waste bin with wheels) indicates
that it cannot be thrown for any reason to the domestic waste. When disposing
of the product should be taken to a proper recycling point. If properly
dispose of the product may be reused and recycled, and it will help to
conserve natural resources, preserve the environment and significally reduce
the potential negative impact on our environment.
