I gave request to upgrade to eSIM, I missed to answer the Automated IVR

call, what to do?

If you missed to response to the IVR calls, then we will reattempt again within an hour for the next 6-7 days between 9 AM to 9 PM. If no response to the automated call even on all the attempts, on the 7th day your request will be cancelled and a notification will be sent informing the same.
