Product Usage Instructions

Immax NEO PRO Application and Device Pairing
To use the Immax NEO PRO application and pair your device:

1. Scan the QR code provided in the user manual to download the Immax NEO PRO application. Alternatively, you can find and install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Launch the Immax NEO PRO application and click on “Register” to create your own account via email.

Live Camera Recording via Web Browser

To watch live camera recording via a web browser: Use this link: https://ipc.ismartlife.me/login

Maintenance

To maintain the device:

• Protect the device from contamination and soiling.
• Wipe the device with a soft cloth, avoiding the use of rough or coarse materials.
• Do not use solvents or other aggressive cleaners or chemicals.

Cable Mode
To set up the device using cable mode:

1. In the Immax NEO PRO application, click on the “Room” tab and then the “+” button to add a device.
2. In the Immax NEO tab, select the product.
3. Select the pairing method in the upper right corner and choose the “Cable connection” option.
4. Confirm that you have heard a warning sound or that the LED is flashing quickly.
5. Wait for the camera to be added to Immax NEO PRO.

IMMAX NEO PRO APPLICATION AND DEVICE PAIRING
Scan the QR code and download the Immax NEO PRO application. Or find and install the Immax NEO PRO app in the App Store or Google Play. Launch the Immax NEO PRO application and click on “Register” and create your own account via e-mail.

If you have finished registration, log in using your account.

QR CODE CONNECTION

1. In the Immax NEO PRO application, click the Room tab and then the “+” button to add a device. In the Immax NEO tab, select the product.
2. Select the pairing method in the upper right corner. Basically, the pairing is set using the QR code.
3. Confirm that I heard a warning or that the LED flashes quickly.
4. Enter the access data to the WiFi network and confirm.
5. Read the QR code generated by the camera.
6. Wait for the camera to be added to Immax NEO PRO.

CABLE MODE

1. In the Immax NEO PRO application, click the Room tab and then the “+” button to add a device. In the Immax NEO tab, select the product.
2. Select the pairing method in the upper right corner. Select the Cable connection option
3. Confirm that I have heard a warning or that the LED is flashing quickly.
4. Wait for the camera to be added to Immax NEO PRO.
