ELIGIBLE MODELS:

Whirlpool Canada LP warrants that a new Whirlpool front control range® allowable 30 in. with
FIT installation system will fit your current cutout of 30″ (76cm) wide, 24″ (61cm) deep and 36 in (91.5 cm) tall. If your cutout depth is less than 24″ (61 cm) and you are not satisfied with installation, Whirlpool will cover the cost of modifying the counter depth by a professional up to 300 $. Additionally, if your cutout depth is less than 24 in. (61 cm) and the removal of your previous range reveals uneven or slightly damaged edges, Whirlpool will provide a set of three (3) trim pieces of 0.5 in (1.3 cm) to cover the sides and back edges of the cutout. The FIT Limited Installation Warranty does not apply not for installations carried out as part of new construction or remodeling.
Financial costs, any costs incurred in connection with the trade-in of your previous front-controlled cooker and the cost of delivery and installation of the eligible Whirlpool® front control range is not covered by this FIT installation limited warranty.
Claims process: Initiate your claim within 30 days of the delivery date of a range cooker Whirlpool front eligible, by completing the form you will find at whirlpool.ca/fr_ca/product-guarantees and by calling 1-800-807-6777. SUBMISSION OF A CLAIM OUTSIDE OF THE ESTABLISHED DEADLINES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The claim must be initiated within 30 days of delivery of the eligible range.

IMPORTANT: Contact the Whirlpool Canada Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-800-807-6777 BEFORE modifying the countertop cutout.
Subject to the conditions below, Whirlpool Canada LP warrants that your new Whirlpool front control range of 30 in. equipped with the eligible FIT system installation system will fit into your current cutout with a width of 30 in. (76.2 cm), a counter depth of 24″ – 25″ (60.96 cm – 63.5 cm), a cabinet depth of 23″ – 24″ (58.42 cm – 60.96 cm) and a counter height of 36 in (91.44 cm). If the depth of your countertop cutout is less than 24″ (60.96 cm) and you are not not happy with the framing of your new Whirlpool front control range 30 in (76.2 cm), and if you contact
Whirlpool Canada LP within 30 days of delivery date, Whirlpool Canada will award you up to $300 towards the cost a professional modification of the depth of the cut-out on your countertop. Furthermore, if the depth of the cut of your countertop is less than 24″ (60.96 cm) and removal of your old range reveals uneven countertop cutout edges or slightly damaged, Whirlpool Canada LP will supply a set of three (3) trim pieces, each ½” (1.27 cm) wide, designed to cover up to ½” (1.27 cm) on the side and back edges of your countertop cutout. Limited System Warranty FIT covers replacement/modification installations in your existing cutout and does not apply to installations of household appliances as part of a new construction or remodeling of a house. It is possible that in circumstances exceptional circumstances, the maximum allowance of $300 intended for modifying the counter depth does not cover the total cost of the changing the depth of the cutout on your countertop. If applicable, you are solely responsible for all charges that exceed the maximum amount awarded of $300. Whirlpool Canada LP makes no warranty regarding the fitment of your new control range Whirlpool front of 30 in (76.2 cm), other than that indicated in this document.
ELIGIBLE MODELS:

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: This system limited warranty FIT installation instructions apply only to countertop cutout modifications in replacement installations and do not apply not to household appliances. For information on product warranties, see the use and care guide provided by the manufacturer. Your sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty is the cost of modifying the countertop cutout up to one maximum of $300. Whirlpool Canada LP will not be liable for any damage to your home or property caused by you or a third party when installing your appliance or modifying the counter cutout. Whirlpool Canada LP will not held liable for direct or indirect damage.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO SUBMIT A CLAIM UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY
FIT SYSTEM: Complete the claim form below and contact the Whirlpool Canada Customer Service Center at 1 800 807-6777 to initiate your request within 30 days following the delivery date and before modifying the countertop cutout.
Send the following documents to the address provided by the FIT System Limited Warranty customer service representative within 90 days following the date of purchase or delivery:

• This form completed and signed;
• A legible copy of your purchase receipt dated between 1er January 2024 and December 31, 2024 and proof of delivery date
• A dated invoice or receipt issued by a professional installer or contractor showing the cost of modifying your existing counter cutout..

December 31, 2024 at an authorized Canadian Whirlpool dealer. The consumer will receive the amount of the cost of the modification of the countertop cutout, as indicated in the invoice from the professional installer or contractor to maximum height of $300. Does not apply to new countertop installations carried out as part of new construction or remodeling. Late submissions will not be accepted. This offer is only for Canadian residents. This warranty does not apply to wholesale sales or sales of multiple units to apartments, condominiums, subdivisions and wholesalers. Omission of any required information will delay the processing of your request or will disqualify her. All evidence submitted becomes the property of Whirlpool Canada LP and will not be returned.
