Only hold the container by the handle. Be careful when opening the basket as it can release large amounts of steam.

  5. Determine the cooking time required for the ingredients.

  6. Some ingredients need to be shaken during the cooking process. To shake, remove the basket from the product using the handle, place it on a flat surface and remove the food using wooden or silicone tongs. Then slide the basket back into the air fryer.
Note: do not use metal accessories as this may remove the non-stick coating from the basket.

  7. When you hear the timer signal, the set preparation time has elapsed. Remove the basket from the appliance and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
Note: you can also stop the appliance manually. To do this, press the power/start/pause icon and press and hold to cancel.

  8. Make sure the food is cooked.

  9. If the food isn’t cooked enough, slide the basket drawer back into the air fryer and add a few more minutes to the timer.

  10. To remove ingredients (e.g., chips), remove the basket from the air fryer, place it on a table and have a container ready with food tongs.
    – Do not turn the basket upside down, as excess oil on the bottom will spill over the ingredients.
    – The basket, fryer and ingredients are hot, and steam may come out of the basket.
Depending on the type of ingredients and the fryer, steam may escape from the inside.

Steam

  1. Add water to the water tank. Remove the water tank, unscrew the water tank nozzle, add sufficient mineral or purified water to the water tank, then screw the nozzle back onto the water tank. Finally, insert the water tank back into position.
Note: use mineral or purified water to cook.

Note: do not pour water directly over the top of the product to prevent water from getting inside the product.
Note: do not fill the water tank with water above 50 degrees or below 10 degrees, otherwise there may be a risk of water leakage.
Note: do not drop the water tank from any height, otherwise it will break and cause water leakage.

  2. Carefully remove the basket, place the prepared food on the rack inside the basket and then put the basket back into the fryer.
Note: Please, place the machine in a stable place, do not place it on a non-heat resistant surface.

Note: steam temperature is 100 ºC and cannot be adjusted, as that is the maximum boiling temperature of water.
Note: the water tank capacity is 1400 ml, and it can run for more than 60 minutes when filled with water.
Note: during the steaming process, wait patiently for the food to finish cooking and do not remove the basket from the fryer frequently to avoid excessive steam leakage and undercooked food.

  4. When cooking is finished, you will hear a beep, at which point remove the basket from the machine and place it on a heat-resistant base or on the worktop. Please, make sure that the food is well cooked. If the food is undercooked, put the basket back into the appliance and programme for a few more minutes.
Note: do not turn the basket upside down, as excess grease or water at the bottom of the basket will spill onto the food. To remove larger or fragile foods, tools such as food tongs can be used.
