Overview of controls

BUSH SPK500 Bluetooth Wooden Speaker - Overview

  1. Knob Switch (Power ON/OFF [Press/press and hold];Vol-/Vol+ [Turn left/right])
  2. Bass and Treble (“-”/“+” [Turn left/right]
  3. AUX IN (Connect the mobile phone via the 3.5mm Audio cable directly)
  4. DC IN (For power supply)
  5. USB OUTPUT (Charge the mobile phone)
  6. Mode indicator
  7. Microphone

User Instructions

Power ON/OFF

  • Press the knob switch to turn the unit on. The unit will beep. The LED indicator will light up in blue color.
  • Press and hold the knob switch to turn the unit off. The LED indicator will disappear.

Bluetooth

  1. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your Bluetooth device.
  2. Turn on the speaker, it will beep.
  3. Press and hold the knob switch button twice continuously and quickly to activate Bluetooth pairing. The unit will beep, then the LED indicator will flash blue until it pairs. When successfully paired, the unit will beep once and the  LED indicator will regularly flash blue at 5-seconds intervals (approx.).
  4. Search for the unit with your Bluetooth device and you should see” “. Enter password “0000” if requested.

Power bank

  • Connect the charging cable of your mobile phone to the USB OUTPUT as shown below. It would start charging.

Note:

  1. Make sure the product is power on via DC.
  2. Any unit mode you can charge your mobile phone.

Call functions only applicable if mobile phone is paired with the speaker and both are switched on.
When the minimum volume or maximum volume is reached, the unit will beep.

  • To successfully answer a call, ensure your mobile device supports Bluetooth HFP.
  • Ensure your Bluetooth device is configured to take full advantage of the unit’s functions. Please refer to your Bluetooth device’s manual for detailed instructions.
  • When using the AUX IN function, you need to use your media device for all operations.

No power. • Make sure that the unit is switched ON at the rear.
Loud hum or noise is heard. • The plugs and sockets are dirty. Wipe them with

a cloth slightly moistened with an appropriate non-abrasive cleaning

Cannot answer calls| • Ensure your mobile phone supports Bluetooth HSP/HFP.
•  Check the mobile phone and unit are connected.
SPK500 I cannot find “on my  Bluetooth device.| • Ensure the Bluetooth function is activated on your Bluetooth device.
