Unbox the RW 16MS/BS package and ensure all components are included.

The RW 16MS/BS offers two frequency ranges: 823-832 MHz and 863-865 MHz. To select the desired frequency:

Plug and turn on the receiver (press 1 button for 1″)
Insert the battery by removing the C cover and turn on the transmitter (press B switch for 3″)
Align the IR ports as shown below
