Q: My sofa doesn’t work.
A:
- Check your sofa by following these steps:
- Check the SMPS light:
* If the SMPS light is on, the system works.
* If the SMPS light is off, check for any disconnections. If all items are connected properly but the light is still off, replace the SMPS and retry.
2. Press a switch key and check the LED light:
* If the LED light is on, the system works.
* If the light is on but the sofa still doesn’t work, replace the switch or the actuator as the circuit may be the major cause of the fault. Also, check for any disconnections or cuts or crimps in cables.
* If the LED light is off, check the SMPS. If the SMPS works, replace the switch.
