• Do not use this chair unless all bolts, screws and knobs are firmly secured.
• Check all bolts, screws and knobs every 90 days. Tighten if any are loose.
• Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death of yourself and people around you.
• Some of the parts are heavy and/or have shape edges, please install it carefully to avoid hurting you and people around you.

Thanks for purchasing our products. Please read this manual before assembly. And please assemble in order. After the assembly, keep the instruction properly. Make sure all the parts are included (15 kinds in total).

Assembly Instruction

Please assemble in a wide and flat place.

1. Step 1
   Insert 5 Split Base Tube (3) into the Central Base Tube (4) as shown. Align with the holes on both sides, tighten 5 Screws M6X20mm (13) with Hexagon Wrench (14).

2. Step 2

3. Insert the 5 Castors (5) into the footstool installed in step one and press them in firmly.

4. • Caution: Confirm Castors (5) must be inserted deeply. Otherwise, the Castors could easily fall out and the chair could fall down.

5. Step 3

6. Put Air Rod (6) into the hole of the central base tube as shown.

7. • Caution: Please insert Air Rod (6) straightly, and then press Air Rod (6) firmly into Split Base Tube (3)

8. Step 4
   Insert the Foot Ring (15) into the assembled Air Rod (6) at your desired height. But at least one inch from the top of the outer circle of the Air Rod (6) as shown. Please follow the shown direction of the arrow to tighten the knob by hand on the Foot Ring (15). Then put it aside and we will use it in Step 8. 

9. Step 5

10. Tighten the 6 Screws M6X25mm (9) with Hexagon Wrench (14) to fix 2 Armrests (7) to the back of the Seat Cushion (2).

11. • Caution : There is a FRONT sticker on the front of the Seat Cushion (2)

12. Step 6

13. Fix Base Plate (8) to the bottom of Seat Cushion (2). Tighten the 4 Screws M6X18mm (10) with Hexagon Wrench (14) firmly.

14. • Caution: There is a FRONT print on the front of the Base Plate (8).

15. Step 7
    Fix the Backrest (1) to the bottom of the Base Plate (8). Tighten the 4 Screws M6X40mm (11) and 4 Gaskets (12) with Hexagon Wrench (14) firmly.

16. Step 8
    Pick up the Step 4’s Air Rod (6) and Split Base Tube (3). Insert the Air Rod (6) into Step 7’s Base Plate (8). There’s a hole in the middle of the Base Plate (8). Press the Seat Cushion (2) from top to bottom, and use your whole body’s strength to insert it firmly the assembly is complete now.
