• Do not stand in this chair or use the chair as a step ladder use it as a chair only. This chair is designed for one person to use at a time.
• This chair is designed for one person weighing up to 250lb(113kg).
• Do not use this chair unless all bolts, screws and knobs are firmly secured.
• Check all bolts, screws and knobs every 90 days. Tighten if any are loose.
• Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death of yourself and the people around you.
• Some of the parts are heavy and/or have shaped edges, please install them carefully to avoid hurting you and the people around you.

Assembly Instruction

Please assemble in a wide and flat place.

Step 1
Take out Split Base Tube (3) and Central Base Tube (4). Insert Split Base Tube (3) into Central Base Tube (4) as shown. You can see there are screw holes. Align with the holes, tighten Screws M6X20mm (8) with Hexagon Wrench (12) to fix 5 Split Base Tube (3) to Central Base Tube (4) .Repeat it five times

Step 2
Take out Castors (5) and Air Rod (6). Insert Castors (5) into part of Step 1 as shown. There are 5 Castors (5) need to be inserted. Insert Air Rod (6)into the hole of Central Base Tube (4) as shown. Put it aside and we’ll use it in Step 6.

Caution: Confirm Castors (5) must be inserted deeply. Otherwise the castors could easily fall out and the chair could fall down.

Step 3
Insert the Foot Ring (13) into the assembled Air Rod (6) at your desired height. But at least one inch from the top of the outer circle of Air Rod (6) as shown. Please follow the shown direction of the arrow to tighten the knob by hand on the Foot Ring (13) until the Foot Ring (13) is fixed.

Step 4
Fix Base Plate (7) to the bottom of Seat Cushion (2). Tighten the Screws M6X18mm (9) with Hexagon Wrench (12) firmly.

Step 5
Fix the Backrest (1) to the back of the Seat Cushion (2). Tighten the Screws M6X25mm (10) Gasket (11) with Hexagon Wrench (12) firmly.

Caution: There is a FRONT sticker on the front of Seat Cushion (2).

Step 6
Pick up the Step 3’s Air Rod (6) and Central Base Tube (4). Insert the AirRod (6) into Step 5’s Base Plate (7). There’s a hole in the middle of Base- Plate (7). Press the Seat Cushion (2) from top to bottom, and use your whole body’s strength to insert it firmly, the assembly is complete now.

Caution: If the Air Rod (6) doesn’t insert into Base Plate (7) firmly, it’s likely to fall off when the chair rises up.
