Product Usage Instructions

First-time Use
Before using the device for the first time, charge the battery. Refer to the “Charging” section for details.

Charging

Follow these steps to charge the device:

  1. Make sure the device and your hands are dry.
  2. Open the silicone flap at the bottom of the device.
  3. Insert the USB-C cable into the charging port.
  4. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB charging point or use an adapter (not included) to plug it into a power outlet.
  5. The charging status will be indicated by a red or green LED light.
  6. Once fully charged, the battery indicator will turn green.

Cleaning and Maintenance

To clean and maintain the device, follow these steps:

  1. Wipe the device with a damp cloth.
  2. Dry the device thoroughly.

FAQ

  • Problem: The device stops working.
    Solution: The device has an overload protection feature. If too much pressure is applied, it will automatically shut off to protect the gears. Avoid applying excessive force during use and let the device do the work.

  • Problem: The indicator light flashes red and the attachment does not detach from the device.
    Solution: The battery is low. Charge the device to resolve this issue.

  • Problem: The attachments are difficult to remove from the device.
    Solution: The attachments are securely attached to prevent them from coming loose during use. To remove the attachment, firmly pull downward with less force.

This appliance has a two-year warranty period. During this period the manufacturer is responsible for any failures that are the direct result of construction failure. When these failures occur the appliance will be repaired or replaced if necessary. The warranty will not be valid when the damage to the appliance is caused by wrong use, not following the instructions or repairs executed by a third party. The guarantee is issued with the original till receipt. All parts, which are subject to wear, are excluded from the warranty.
If your device breaks down within the 2-year warranty period, you can return the device together with your receipt to the shop where you purchased it.
The guarantee on accessories and components that are liable to wear and tear is only 6 months.

The guarantee and responsibility of the supplier and manufacturer lapse automatically in the following cases:

  • If the instructions in this manual have not been followed.
  • In case of incorrect connection, e.g. electrical voltage that is too high.
  • In case of incorrect, rough or abnormal use.
  • In case of insufficient or incorrect maintenance.
  • In case of repairs or alterations to the device by the consumer or non-authorized third parties.
  • If the customer used parts or accessories that are not recommended or provided by the supplier/manufacturer

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

ELECTRICAL WARNINGS

  • Do not let the power supply cord hang over the edge of a counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Keep the power cord away from hot parts and don’t cover the appliance.
  • Unwrap the cord completely to prevent overheating of the cord. Do not allow the power cord supply to run underneath or around the unit.
  • Do not operate this appliance with a damaged cord or plug or in the event the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the DOMO Service Department or its service agent for examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment. Do not try to repair the appliance yourself

INSTALLATION

  • Do not place near flammable materials, gases or explosives.
  • Never place this appliance near a gas stove or electrical stove or in a place where it may come into contact with a warm appliance.

USE

  • Do not use this appliance for other than intended use.
  • Only use the appliance for domestic use. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for accidents that result from improper use of the appliance or not following the instructions described in this manual.
  • Never leave the appliance unattended while it is functioning.
  • The use of accessories that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer can cause fire, electrical shock or injuries. Only use the utensils delivered with the appliance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • To protect against electrical shock or burns, do not immerse unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquid.
  • Failure to maintain this appliance in a clean condition could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC WARNINGS

  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and other body parts away from moving parts.
  • This product contains a rechargeable battery. Batteries must be recycled in accordance with local laws and regulations when they are no longer of use. Do not pierce the battery or expose it to high temperatures; this may cause the battery to explode.
  • Under extreme circumstances, there could be leakage of the battery. If the liquid from the battery comes into contact with the skin, wash it off immediately with water and soap or neutralize it with a mild acid such as lemon juice or vinegar.
  • If the liquid comes into contact with the eyes, rinse them liberally with water for at least 10 minutes and contact a doctor.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

Charge the battery before first use. See use > charging

USE
Make sure the silicon charging port tab is closed before using the device. The device may be damaged if water enters

  1. Choose the attachment you want to use depending on the job to be done:
  2. Flat brush: perfect for floor and wall tiles
  3. Pointed brush: for hard-to-reach places such as corners of tiles, taps, rims, etc.
  4. Scouring pad (green and blue): pots, pans, oven, stove, etc.
  5. Sponge (white and yellow): shoes, paint, glass, mirrors, cutlery, etc.
  6. Place the attachment on the drive and press it firmly until you hear a click. When using the sponges, place the sponge on the Velcro holder first and then place the holder on the drive.
  7. Press the power button to operate the device, change speed or turn it off (medium-fast-off).
  8. Clean the surface with some water and detergent. There is no need to exert force on the device, the brush will do the work for you.
  9. Switch the device off using the on/off button before removing an attachment. Remove the drive attachment by pulling it away from the device; you need less force with a downward movement.

CHARGING
Make sure the device and your hands are completely dry. Open the silicon tab on the bottom of the device. Plug the USB-C cable into the charging port. Connect the other end to a USB charging point or an adapter (not included) and wall socket.
Tip : Charge the device at room temperature, a colder ambient charging temperature will affect the operating time.

Wipe the appliance clean with a damp cloth. Dry the device fully

The appliance stops working. The device has overload protection. It will

switch off automatically to protect the gears if you put too much pressure on the device. Do not press too hard during use, let the device do the work.
The indicator light is flashing red.| The battery is low. Charge the device.
The attachment will not come loose from the device.| The attachments are firmly secured to ensure they do not come loose during use. Remove the attachment by pulling it firmly; with a downward movement you need to use less force.
