Water and Shock Resistance:
- If your watch is water-resistant, it will have a meter marking or (O) indicated on it. The water-resistance depth is as follows:
- 30m/98ft
- 50m/164ft
- 100m/328ft
- The water pressure below the surface is measured in pounds per square inch absolute (p.s.i.a.) and varies based on the water-resistance depth:
- 30m/98ft – 60 p.s.i.a.
- 50m/164ft – 86 p.s.i.a.
- 100m/328ft – 160 p.s.i.a.
WARNING: To maintain water-resistance, do not press any buttons under water. The watch is water-resistant only as long as the crystal, crown, and case remain intact. It is not suitable for diving. After exposure to saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water. The watch is designed to pass ISO tests for shock-resistance, but care should be taken to avoid damaging the crystal.
How to Start Your Watch:
To start your watch, follow these steps:
- Pull the crown to position C and turn it until the hour and minute hands display the correct time. Note the correct time of day (A.M. or P.M.) for proper date function (if applicable). The date will advance between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM.
- Push the crown to position A.
How to Set Date (if applicable):
If your watch has a date function, follow these steps to set the date:
- Pull the crown to position B and turn it counter-clockwise until the correct day appears. Note that if the date is set between the hours of around 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM, the date may not change the following day. If this occurs, reset the time and date at any other time than between those hours to ensure proper date function.
- Push the crown to position A.
How to Adjust Bracelet:
(Variations of the following bracelet sections apply to all watch models)

Sliding Clasp Bracelet:

Open the locking plate.

Move the clasp to the desired bracelet length.

Exert pressure while holding the locking plate and slide the clasp back and forth until it engages in the grooves on the underside of the bracelet.

Press the locking plate down until it snaps closed. Note that excessive force can damage the clasp.

Foldover Clasp Bracelet:

Find the spring bar that connects the bracelet to the clasp.

Using a pointed tool, push in the spring bar and gently twist the bracelet to disengage it.

Determine your wrist size and then insert the spring bar into the correct bottom hole.

Push down on the spring bar, align it with the top hole, and release to lock it in place.

Bracelet Link Removal:
To remove bracelet links, follow these steps: -
Place the bracelet upright and insert a pointed tool into the opening of the link.

Push the pin forcefully in the direction of the arrow until the link is detached. Note that the pins are designed to be difficult to remove.

Repeat this process until the desired number of links are removed.

Is the watch suitable for diving?
No, the watch is not a diver watch and should not be used for diving. -
Can I press any buttons under water?
No, to maintain water-resistance, do not press any buttons under water. -
How should I clean the watch after exposure to salt water?
Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water. -
Can the watch withstand shocks?
The watch is designed to pass ISO tests for shock-resistance. However, care should be taken to avoid damaging the crystal.

- A swallowed button cell or coin battery can cause Internal Chemical Burns in as little as 2 hours.

- Remove and immediately or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations and keep away from children. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate.

- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat above (Lithium Metal (CRXXXX series) 158°F (70 ºC) or Silver Oxide (SRXXXXX Series) 140°F (60°C) or incinerate. Doing so may result in injury due to venting, leakage or explosion resulting in chemical burns.
- Ensure the batteries are installed correctly accord to polarity.
- Do not mix old and new batteries, different brands or types of batteries, such as alkaline, carbon zinc, or re-chargeable batteries.
- Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of batteries from equipment not used for an extended period of time according to local regulations.
- Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries and keep them away from children.

HOW TO START YOUR WATCH
- To start your watch remove the plastic guard from under the crown, then press the crown in against the case. The second hand will begin advancing in one-second intervals.
- Some deep-depth water-resistant watches require the setting crown to be screwed in to secure water-resistance. If your watch case has a protrusion with screw threads, the crown must be screwed in after setting the watch.
- To screw in, push the crown firmly against the threaded protrusion and hold in while turning the crown clockwise. Continue to screw in the crown until it is tight. You will need to unscrew the crown (counter-clockwise) before pulling it out the next time you want to set your watch.
WATER AND SHOCK RESISTANCE
If your watch is water-resistant, meter marking or is indicated

- Watch is water-resistant only as long as crystal, crown and case remain intact.

- Shock-resistance will be indicated on the watch face or caseback. Watches are designed to pass ISO test for shock-resistance. However, care should be taken to avoid damaging the crystal.
TO SET TIME
- PULL crown to position C and turn until the hour and minute hands display the correct time. Note correct time of day (A.M. or P.M.) for proper date function (if applies). The date will advance between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM
- Push crown to position A.
TO SET DATE (IF APPLIES)
- PULL crown to position B and turn COUNTER-CLOCKWISE until correct day appears. Note: if the date is set between the hours of around 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM, the date may not change the following day. If this occurs, reset the Time and Date at any other time than between the hours of around 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM to ensure proper date function.
- Push crown to position A.
HOW TO ADJUST BRACELET
(Variations of the following bracelet sections apply to all watch models).
SLIDING CLASP BRACELET
- Open locking plate.
- Move clasp to desired bracelet length.
- Exert pressure while holding locking plate and slide clasp back and forth until it engages in grooves on underside of bracelet.
- Press locking plate down until it snaps closed. Clasp can be damaged if excessive force is used.
FOLDOVER CLASP BRACELET
- Find spring bar that connects bracelet to clasp.

- Determine wrist size, then insert spring bar in correct bottom hole.
- Push down on spring bar, align with top hole and release to lock in place.
BRACELET LINK REMOVAL
REMOVING LINKS:
- Place bracelet upright and insert pointed tool in opening of link.
- Push pin forcefully in direction of arrow until link is detached (pins are designed to be difficult to remove).
- Repeat until desired number of links are removed.
RE-ASSEMBLY:
- Rejoin bracelet parts.
- Push pin back into link in opposite direction of arrow.
- Press pin down securely into bracelet until it is flush.
