Product Usage Instructions:
Inserting your nano SIM and microSD cards:

Make sure your phone is off and is facing down. Open the slot cover with your thumb or finger.

The two upper slots are nano SIM slots with trays. To remove
the tray from each slot, insert your fingernail in the small groove in the tray and then pull the tray out. -
Place your nano SIM cards into the trays with the gold contacts facing up and the cut-off corner facing out.
- Note: You can insert a 3G nano SIM card in either slot. When you have two cards inserted, only one card can connect to the 3G network. The other card will connect to the 2G network only.
- SIM 1 connects to the 3G network by default. You can also set which card connects to 3G. For details, see the user guide.

When reinserting the nano SIM trays, make sure they are facing up so that the nano SIM cards don’t fall out. Slide the trays all the way into the slots.

Insert your microSD card into the bottom slot, with the gold contacts facing up and towards the slot. Slide the card all the way in until it clicks into place.

To close the slot cover, slide the plastic hinge into the side and press the cover until it clicks into place.
FAQ:
Q: Can I use a micro SIM or regular SIM card in the nano SIM slot?
A: No, you should only use a standard nano SIM card. Using a micro SIM or regular SIM card may cause it to get stuck in the slot.
Q: How many nano SIM cards can I insert?
A: You can insert up to two nano SIM cards in the slots.
Q: Can both nano SIM cards connect to the 3G network?
A: No, when two cards are inserted, only one card can connect to the 3G network. The other card will connect to the 2G network only. SIM 1 connects to the 3G network by default, but you can set which card connects to 3G.

IMPORTANT: USE A STANDARD NANO SIM ONLY. Don’t cut a micro SIM or regular SIM card and insert it into the nano SIM slot. It’s thicker than the standard nano SIM card and may get stuck in the slot.
