Thank you for choosing KOSPET products. To ensure the best performance of the device, please read and follow all the safety information carefully before using it.

1. In gas stations, chemical plants, and other public places where the usage of electronic products is prohibited, please observe the relevant regulations of the area and keep a certain distance from these places when using the device.
2. The radio waves generated by this device may affect the normal operation of implantable medical devices or personal medical devices. If you are using these medical devices, please consult the medical device manufacturer for the conditions of using these devices and follow their directions.
3. Radio waves generated by electronic devices may interfere with the safe flight of the aircraft. Please follow the airline’s requirements to keep the device off while you are flying.
4. This device can work normally in an environment with a temperature of 0 ~ 35℃. The device with its accessories can be stored in a place with a temperature of -20℃ ~ +45℃. A temperature too high or low may damage the device and cause malfunctions.
5. Do not expose the device to extremely high-temperature environments like scorching sun rays or around high-temperature devices like heaters, ovens, microwave ovens, or water heaters. High-temperature environments may cause battery explosions or other safety accidents.
6. This product uses a non-removable lithium-polymer battery. To avoid accidents, non-professionals are not suggested to disassemble the battery.
7. Before using this product, please charge the product for 1-2 hours with original accessories and a safety-certified charger.
8. Some KOSPET products are equipped with magnetic charging cables. Please keep the charging device away from other metal objects, or the magnet attraction between the charging device and other metal objects might result in a short circuit fire or other accidents.

Product Diagram

SIM Card Installation Directions:

1. Follow the directions on the SIM card cover, and twist the screwdriver from right to left to remove the SIM card cover.
2. Put the SIM card into the SIM card slot as shown in the picture.
3. Fix the SIM card cover.

Notifications

1. This device support only the Nano SIM card.
2. Before installing the SIM card, please check whether the network frequency band used by your network operator is consistent with this product.

Watch Charging

1. As shown in the picture, please connect the charging cable and the charging base correctly.
2. Before using this product for the first time, please charge the watch for 1-2 hours. The charging icon will be displayed on the screen when charging even after the watch is turning off.

Resolutions for Charging Malfunction

1. If the connection between the charging cable and the charger is unstable, please reconnect the data cable and the charger.
2. If the device can not be turned on or charged, please use a 5V / 2A or above charger to charge the device for more than 20 minutes to activate the battery.
3. Contact KOSPET customer service to obtain a new charger.
4. In your city, find a professional mobile phone repair shop to disassemble and reinstall the battery.

Power-on Setting

1. Long press On\Off button for about 3 seconds to turn on the device.

2. Set the system language.

3. Set metric / imperial measurement units.

4. Input the personal weight, height, gender and other information.

5. Scan the QR code on the device with your mobile phone to download the Wiiwatch 2 application.

6. After scanning the QR code of the watch, download the corresponding Wiiwatch 2 .Install the Wiiwatch app on your phone.

7. After installing the Wiiwatch app, slide the watch screen to the bottom, and click Back. The screen will display a QR code.

8. On the Wiiwatch App, click start or click “Waiting to connect” under “My Device” Category and scan the QR code.

9. Click “Pair” on the phone.

10. The phone connected to the watch successfully.
    Note: If the connection process is interrupted, you can go to the “Mobile Assistant” on the menu to reconnect.

11. When it shows the “waiting for connection” QR code on the screen, click the “?” At the top of the screen to return to the download Wiiwatch 2 interface.

Resolutions for Connection Failure

1. Make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and watch are turned on.
2. Delete all paired Bluetooth device names in the Bluetooth setting list. Restart the watch and the phone, and then try to connect again.
3. Reset the watch to factory settings.
4. Download the latest version of the Wiiwatch 2 app and Re-install the app.

Gesture Control Instruction:

Swipe Down at the Standby dial interface:

1. Enter the standby status bar: you can see the connection status between the watch and the mobile phone, and the network signal status; Click the Bluetooth connection status, you can quickly enter the connection QR code interface.

2. Enter the quick setting interface.

   • Do Not Disturb mode:
     When this feature is turned on, the watch will be in silent mode, and all messages and calls will no longer remind you.

   • Screen brightness:
     Click this area to set the screen brightness level.

   • Lift to Wake Screen:
     When this function is turned on, the screen will automatically wake when you lift your wrist.

   • Airplane mode:
     When this function is turned on, all RF signals of the watch are turned off.

   • Data transmission:
     After this function is turned on, it will connect to the network via mobile data.

   • GPS:
     Turn on or off the GPS positioning function.

   • Bluetooth / WIFI:
     Quickly turn on or off the Bluetooth / WIFI function.

3. Enter the interfaces of cleaning the background programs, music player, weather application, etc.

Swipe Up at the Standby dial interface:

1. Weekly exercise data summary.
2. The number of exercise steps on the day.
3. Movement distance on the day.
4. Calories consumed on the day.

Swipe Right at the Standby dial interface:
Notification: Simultaneously showing all the notifications and pushes on the mobile phone.

Note: The watch will only synchronize the visible info. in the notification bar of the mobile phone. If you set a notification to be classified on the mobile phone, the reminder cannot be synchronized on the watch.

Swipe Left at the Standby dial interface:
Enter the main menu interface.

System settings:

1. Sound: Can set the volume of media /alarm/ringtone, music and call reminder.
2. Display: You can set the screen display brightness, auto-lock time, and whether to wake the screen when receiving a notification.
3. Main menu Appearance: the watch menu appearance can be set to “bubble” or “arc” style.
4. Wireless connection: Bluetooth, WLAN, WLAN hotspot, GPS and network type can be set.
5. Gestures: turn on or off the function of lift to wake the screen and step-counting and so on.
6. Measurement unit: Set the system unit to metric or imperial.
7. Power-saving mode: the smart power saving mode is on by default. The extreme power saving mode can be turned on, the system will automatically reduce the operating frequency, shut down all the application auto-start function, restrict background programs running. You will not receive any notifications when the extreme power saving mode is on.
8. Language and Keyboard: with the Built-in full set of Google language packs, the device supports most countries and regions in the world.
9. Time and date: Set the time by network or GPS. The time zone can be automatically set according to the SIM card network or manually.
10. Uninstall apps: You can uninstall the third-party apps here.

13. Automatically clear background tasks are enabled by default; click the application list to cancel the applications that will be automatically cleared by the system.
14. Screen lock setting: pattern unlocking can be set here, and face unlocking can be set only after the pattern unlocking setting is done.
15. Face ID: Set the face unlock function.
16. Third-party application adaptation: When this function is enabled, the system will intelligently adapt the display method of third-party applications.
17. System working mode: normal mode/performance mode; performance mode will consume more power.
18. Application freezing: The frozen application will not be able to run automatically in the background to save power.
19. Application download:
    • Log in to Google play store in the menu to download massive third-party applications.
    • Use the KOSPET built-in application store to download the adapted third-party application.

Dial Appearance Settings:

1. Change the dial appearance: Long press the dial, slide left or right to select the official KOSPET dial.

2. Custom dial: Long press the dial, slide to the custom dial interface, you can choose the camera to take pictures or select the picture in the gallery as the custom dial background.

3. Download the dial: Long press the dial, slide to the far right, and click the + icon to download the numerous dial appearances online (this function requires a network connection).

5. Long press the power button for 2 seconds on any interface to enter the quick display mode setting.

6. Click the “ ” icon at the top of the screen to choose the round display or square display. Note: A round display is a full-screen display while a square display can better adapt to the third-party application.

Common troubleshooting Resolutions

1. The watch cannot be turned on.
   Please refer to “Resolutions for Charging Malfunction” at page 7.

2. Can’t connect the phone to the watch?
   Please refer to “Resolutions for Connection Failure” at page 14.

3. The phone cannot recognize the SIM card.

   • a. Please refer to “SIM Card Installation Directions” at Page 6.
   • b. Please install another brand-new SIM card into the watch to rule out the possibility of a bad SIM card.
   • c. Please check the SIM card slot to see whether it’s dirty or deformed.

4. Did you forget the unlock pattern? The watch cannot be unlocked.
   Visit the KOSPET official forum, download the Flash tool and firmware (Re- flash Rom), and flash the watch.

5. The standby time of the watch is too short, is there a problem with the battery?
   The practical standby time depends on the different use habits and frequencies of each user. This device is based on the Android system with abundant functions and powerful configuration. When applications with high power consumption such as calls, social media apps, and games, the actual standby time may only normally be 3-5 Hours.

6. Is the watch easy to get hot?
   As mentioned above, this product is rich in functions and powerful configurations. If you use high-power applications for a long time. Because the processor generates a lot of heat at high-speed running, the watch has a small surface and the heat dissipation is relatively slow. Try to avoid using high power consumption applications for too long, and take some time and methods to lower the temperature of the device in time.

7. Does it support Bluetooth calling?
   Not supported, you need to install a SIM card to use the calling function.

8. GPS function failure?

   • a. Please check the GPS setting (watch → setting → connection →GPS ) to check whether the GPS is turned on, and set the GPS to high precision mode.
   • b. When you use the GPS function for the first time, please use GPS positioning in an open outdoor area. After the GPS initially locates the city, the subsequent use of GPS positioning will be faster.

9. Does the watch support the NFC function?

10. Can the watch be updated to a higher version of Android?
    not supported.
