Product Usage Instructions
Installation of the Headband
- Turn the helmet over and remove the front foam pad.
- Install the LifeBEAM sensor pad in place of the foam pad.
- Depending on the size of the helmet, consider trimming the LifeBEAM sensor pad at the ends. Look for the trim line on each end of the pad and use standard scissors to cut the pad.
- Lay the sensor wire along the inside surface of the helmet.
- Consider using a small strip of tape to secure the wire in place.
- When the wire reaches the back of the helmet, thread the wire through the vent on the right side of the LifeBEAM MudCap.
- The sensor wire is now ready to be plugged into the transmitter.

- Use the rubber slots on the transmitter case.
- Hook the transmitter onto the LifeBEAM MudCap.
- Assure that the transmitter is attached securely.
