CAUTION!
IF YOU DO NOT USE THE SPEAKER FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME:

  • FULLY CHARGE THE SPEAKER
  • KEEP THE SPEAKER IN A DRY AND COLD PLACE
  • FULLY CHARGE THE SPEAKER EVERY 4 MONTHS
  • IF DONE IT WILL EXTEND THE BATTERY LIFE! FAILURE TO FULLY CHARGE THE sPEAKER MIN. ONCE PER 4 MONTHS RESULTS
  • IN PERMANENT BATTERY DAMAGE AND WARRANTY LOSs.

NOTES:

  • The device is not a toy. Prohibited for children under 6 years. Children over 6 years should use the device only under adult supervision.
  • Do not throw or hit the speaker onto/against hard surfaces. Protect against mechanical damage.
  • Do not incinerate.
  • During the charging time please put the device on a heat resistant surface. Heat buildup during charging is normal.
  • Do not place the speaker in places with high humidity, and avoid contact with water.
  • Do not disassemble the device. In case of failure report to the appropriate service center.
  • Do not dispose speaker of waste into the trash. It should be returned to the point of collection of waste electronic devices.
  • Protect the product against extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong vibrations, high humidity, moisture, flammable gases, vapors and solvents.
  • The supplied USB cable does not allow for data transfer.

Prior to first use, you should read the instructions and safety operation rules which apply to the device. If the device is used unintentionally, it may lead to its damage.

  1. Play/stop playing. In voice mode -Answer/End calls. Double click -last number dialing. Search for FM radio channels.
  2. Previous Track/Volume down/Previous radio station.
  3. Next Track/Volume up/Next radio station.
  4. Mode switch (Bluetooth/FM radio/AUX/TF).
  5. Indication LED.
  6. Switching the loudspeaker on/off.
  7. Microphone.
  8. Power socket (microUSB).
  9. AUX socket (mini jack 3.5mm).
  10. TF card (microSD) slot.
  11. Reset socket.
  12. LED touch panel.

Safety instructions.

  • It you fall the device, it may lead to its damage.
  • Do not expose the device to direct sunlight. Do not put it at any place where it would be exposed to high temperatures. High temperatures may damage the device or shorten its lifetime.
  • Do not leave the device close to any heat sources (e.g. a radiator).
  • Do not expose the device to rain, water, moisture or humid air. Avoid direct contact with water.
  • Do not open the device casing.

Introduction.

Esperanza FANTASIA (EP131) is a Bluetooth loudspeaker which lets you wirelessly listen to music making use of the Bluetooth technology, from a device connected via the AUX port or using TF card (microSD). The loudspeaker also allows you to make telephone calls and listen to the FM radio.

Charging the loudspeaker
The battery should be fully charged prior to its first use. In order to charge the battery, insert the cable USB plug into your computer or charger USB port (not included in the provided set) and then insert the charging plug into the loudspeaker charging slot (8). When the LED (5) lights steadily red, it indicates that the loudspeaker is in the course of charging. When the red LED switches off, it means the loudspeaker battery is fully charged.
ATTENTION
Worn-out rechargeable batteries must not be thrown into the rubbish bin. You should take them to the collection and recycling point.

Features of the loudspeaker

  • Playing MP3 music from the TF ca.rd (microSD).
    The speaker has a built-in TF ca.rd (microSD) slot. In order to play music from the ca.rd, insert it into the TF
    (microSD) slot. The speaker automatically starts playing music from the ca.rd.

  • Playing music via the AUX slot.
    To play music from external devices, connect them to the AUX input of the speaker (9). The loudspeaker will automatically start playing music from the connected device.

  • Playing music from Bluetooth devices.
    In order to play music using the loudspeaker, pair and connect your smartphone or other device operating under the Bluetooth technology with the loudspeaker end start playing music tracks.

  • FM radio.
    To start the FM radio you should: connect the loudspeaker battery charging cable to the miniUSB slot (it se1VBS as an antenna), toggle the loudspeaker into the radio mode by pressing the button (4). When you shortly press the button (1 ), it will start scanning and saving radio channels. The LED (5) will blink blue until the scan is complete. In order to change radio stations, press the buttons (2) and (3) – previous/next station.
    ATTENTION! When you hold the button (2) or (3) for longer in the FM Radio mode, it will decrease/increase the volume, respectively.

  • LED backlight operation.
    The speaker end becklight will tum off et the same time automatically. Touch the metal net to change brighbless of the light. There are 3 level of yellow light (dim, bright and brighter). Long press the mesh to change the light to mood lighting (5 different colors and automatically changing colors mode).

Pairing the loudspeaker with Bluetooth devices.

The pairing procedure with your mobile telephone or computer may vary depending on its model and manufacturer. To get more information on pairing a Bluetooth device with the loudspeaker, refer to the instructions supplied with the Bluetooth device (your smartphone, computer, etc.).

  • During the pairing procedure the loudspeaker and Bluetooth device should be located at a distance of not more than 1m.
  • Tum on the loudspeaker using the switch (6). The LED (5) will start blinking blue. When switched off the loudspeaker automatically toggles into the pairing mode (if it cannot connect to any previously paired device).
  • Start the Bluetooth mode on your telephone or any other Bluetooth device and switch to the search mode.
  • When the search ls finished, select •EP131• from the llst of all found devices.
  • Then, follow the instructions shown on the screen of your telephone or other Bluetooth device. If you are asked for a PIN, enter •oooo• and press Yes or Confirm in the Bluetooth device.
  • If the pairing procedure is done correctly, the LED (5) will light blue (if the LED continues to blink blue you must re-do the pairing).
  • Upon the successful pairing procedure, select •EP131 • from the list of Bluetooth devices and press the Connect button.
    In case of mobile phones which support HSP (hands-free) and A2DP profiles, the device will be switched automatically between these two profiles. In this case, your telephone may fail to re-connect with the speaker upon its restart.
    Attention:
    Prior to connecting a Bluetooth device, enable the Bluetooth mode on both devices. In case of some Bluetooth devices (such es, for example, Nokia telephones), you should select the automatic connection option in the telephone settings. For more information, refer to your telephone manual.

Features of the buttons

In the music playing mode (Bluetooth or AUX):

  • When you shortly press the button (1 ), it will stop playing/restart playing music.
  • Pressing the button (4) switches the operating modes of the loudspeaker (Bluetooth/FM Redio/AUXITF card).
  • When you shortly press the button (2), you will move to the previous track. If you hold it for longer, it will decrease the volume.
  • When you shortly press the button (3), you will move to the next track. If you hold it for longer, it will increase the volume.

When in the FM Radio mode:

  • When you shortly press the button (1 ), it will start scanning radio channels.
  • Pressing the button (4) switches the operating modes of the loudspeaker (Bluetooth/FM Radio/AUXITF card).
  • When you shortly press the button (2), you will move to the previous station. If you hold it for longer, it will decrease the volume.
  • When you shortly press the button (3), you will move to the next station. If you hold it for longer, it will increase the volume.

  2. This warranty confers upon you specific rights and remedies against Esperanza. Please read this document carefully, by making a claim under this warranty, you will be deemed to have under­stood and accept Its terms.

  3. Esperanza warrants that any Esperanza product together with attached accessories is free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of its normal use.

  4. If you make a claim under this warranty, Esperanza wlll, at lts option, repair or replace any defec­tive product into new one by using new or use factory-refurbished parts. In case of using factory­refurbished parts they will be equal to new products.

  5. Defective product should be returned together with receipt. commercial invoice or any other proof of purchase to the place of purchase. It should include all accessories attached in original packing. Esperanza has right to reject warranty if any accessories will be missed.

  6. Esperanza is committed to respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days of its notification in the point of sale. Esperanza will repair the defective product in the shortest possible time. If will be need to import from abroad of any parts which are necessary to repair this time may be extended.

  7. In case of replacing defective product onto new one, Esperanza has right to replace it with newer model with the same technlcal parameters If the old one model was replaced by new one during warranty period.

  8. If you make claim under this warranty, you are deemed to have agreed that repair and (upon avail­ability) replacement, as applicable, under the warranty services described herein, is your sole and exclusive remedy vis-a-vis Esperanza.

EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty does not extend to:

  1. Any product not manufactured by Esperanza
  2. Any product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of:
    • use it in other way than normal intended use
    • modification or internal interferes or changes of product
    • service or repair by anyone other than Esperanza service
    • improper store, transportation or packing
    • improper installation of product or software
    • mechanical, physical, chemical etc. damages
  3. In no event shall Esperanza be diable for any damages, loss of business, profits, data or loss based on use Esperanza products with other devices.
  4. Products with removed warranty and other labels and products spent or have hard use marks.
    Esperanza product batteries are covered by 6 months manufacturer’s warranty. Esperanza products have all the necessary safety certificates required in the EU.

According to Directive 2012/19/EU, disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment together with household waste Is prohibited. Their components need to be recycled or disposed separately. Otherwise, they can cause the release of hazardous and noxious substances which pose a threat to the environment The law requires each consumer to return unnecessary or waste electrical and electronic equipment to the producers, sales agents or waste treatment facilities. Detailed conditions are governed by national leglsla1lon. The above symbol placed on the product, in the user manual or on the packaging refers to this requirement.
