Initializing the Headset to Restore Factory Settings
If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, you can initialize the headset to restore it to the factory settings.

Step 1: Turn off the headset
Make sure the headset is turned off. If it is currently connected to any devices, disconnect it. -
Step 2: Remove the USB Type-C cable
Disconnect the USB Type-C cable from the headset. -
Step 3: Press and hold the (power) button and button
Press and hold both the (power) button and button simultaneously for about 10 seconds or more.
INZONE H9:
When initializing is complete, the left and right ring indicators will
flash white 4 times.
INZONE H7:
When initializing is complete, the (power) indicator will flash white 4
times.
Note: This operation will reset volume settings and other configurations
to the factory defaults. It will also delete all pairing information. If you
wish to use the headset with a previously paired device, you will need to
delete the pairing information from that device and then pair them again. If
the headset still does not operate correctly after initializing, please
consult your nearest Sony dealer for assistance.
