The Professional Plus SR-3000 is an electric toothbrush designed for

Getting Started
Recharge Indicator Lights
The charge indicator lights on the toothbrush handle will indicate the level
of battery charge. Here are the different indications:
- Fully charged
- 2/3 charged
- 1/3 charge life (recommend recharge)
If the bottom LED light starts blinking rapidly, the toothbrush will not operate. To resume functionality, place the toothbrush on the charger for approximately 1 hour.
Cleaning
- After each use, turn off the unit and remove the brush head from the handle.
- Rinse the brush head under running water.
- Wipe the handle dry after each use.
- Periodically, clean the charger base by first unplugging the unit and then wiping it with a damp cloth.
Brush Head Cover
The brush head cover has two sides: one for the standard brush head and
another for the compact brush head. Use the larger side for the standard brush
head and the smaller side for the compact brush head.
Disposal
This product contains non-replaceable rechargeable nickel metal Hydride
batteries. Please do not dispose of the unit in household waste. Follow these
instructions for proper disposal:
- Remove the batteries only at the end of the product’s life for recycling. Removing them earlier will render the product unusable.
- Deplete the battery charge until the brush no longer operates.
- Observe basic safety precautions.
- Remove the batteries as shown in the user manual and recycle them along with the rest of the product according to local regulations.

- If your physician or cardiologist has advised you to receive antibiotic premedication before dental procedures, you should consult with your dentist or medical professional before using this instrument or any other oral hygiene aid.
- This product complies with the safety standards for electromagnetic devices. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted device containing magnets or electronics, contact your physician or the device manufacturer before using the Sonic Toothbrush.
- This product does not contain any user-serviceable parts in the handle or charger. Do not attempt to open either component except for battery disposal. See pages 7-8, “Battery Removal.”
- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Using toothpaste containing baking soda or peroxide, abrasive or chemical cleaners may damage the plastic housing of this product.
- Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by, on or near children or invalids.

GETTING STARTED
Charging the Sensonic® Professional Plus Toothbrush Charge for 24 hours before first use. All 3 charge indicator lights will stay on continuously when the unit is fully charged. A full charge will last for approximately 1 week of typical use (2 minutes of brushing twice a day). If the toothbrush is to be stored for an extended period (six months or more), be sure to fully charge it before storage.
Recharge Indicator Lights
Charge indicator lights will indicate the level of battery charge for
approximately 10 seconds after use and after removal from the charging base,
and will then turn off.
Sonic brushing
- Slide the brush head onto the handle and push it down firmly.
- Place the brush head into your mouth before turning the unit on.
- Press the button once for low speed, and twice for high speed.
- If you hold the on/off button down briefly while in the low-speed position, the brush will shut off.
- For best results, position the brush along the gumline at a 45-degree angle.
- Use light pressure with a small, slow back-and-forth motion covering one or two teeth at a time.
- Quad Timer : Your Sensonic® Professional Plus Toothbrush will create a short pause every 30 seconds, to remind you to move to the next quadrant of your mouth.
- 2-Minute Timer: The brush will automatically shut off after 2 minutes of run time.

model numbers in all correspondence. These numbers are located on the bottom
of your unit.
Disposal
This product contains rechargeable nickel metal Hydride batteries. The
batteries are not replaceable. Please do not dispose of the unit in the
household waste. Remove the batteries per the instructions below and recycle
them at your local recycling centre.
Battery Removal
Note : This process is not reversible Remove the battery only at the end of the product’s life for recycling. Doing so earlier will destroy the product. Deplete the battery charge until the brush no longer operates. Observe basic safety precautions. Remove the batteries as shown and recycle them and the rest of the product according to local regulations.
- Use a coin or washer to rotate the cap counter-clockwise until the cap protrudes.
- Push down hard with the shaft on a hard surface.
- Remove the cap and pull the internal body out. Cut the tape and remove.
- Lift the battery pack and cut battery wires, one at a time, to free them from the circuit board.
LIMITED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY
Water Pik, Inc. warrants to the original consumer of this product that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. Consumers will be required to submit the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase date and if requested, the entire product, to support a warranty claim. Water Pik, Inc. will repair or replace at its discretion any part of the product, which in its opinion is defective, provided the product has not been abused, misused, altered or damaged after purchase, was used according to instructions, and was used only with accessories or consumable parts approved by Water Pik, Inc. Installation is the responsibility of the consumer and is not covered by the warranty. This limited warranty excludes accessories or consumable parts such as brush heads.
