Pairing devices via Bluetooth

To cancel the BT connection, briefly press the on/off button (no. 2) and an acoustic signal indicates that the device is disconnected.

Note:
To ensure a stable Bluetooth connection, make sure that the distance between the BT speaker and your connected device is kept within 30m.

Some connected devices support common volume setting. If some of the connected devices do not support this feature, the volume setting will operate separately on each device.

Memory cards

Insert the memory card with the contacts toward the front of the BT speaker (LED indicator side). When you insert a TF memory card, the BT speaker will automatically play back its contents. If there are no files for playback on the TF card, the BT speaker will switch into another playback mode (e.g. Bluetooth connec- tion). To release the TF memory card, press it gently into the BT speaker with your fingernail or a blunt instrument and the card will release. Then you can carefully remove it with your fingernails (or with tweezers).

ATTENTION: Due to a number of devices on the market, compatibility and playback support are not guaranteed for all media. The memory devices you want to connect should be tested in advance and/or formatted as FAT32. The playback of pro- tected media, files or content stored inside them may fail.

TWS function

If you buy another Bluetooth speaker (“SENCOR NYX’), you can pair both speakers together for ptimum stereo sound. First, make sure your device is not connected to any BT speaker Place the BT speakers close together (within 10 meters) and tur them on. Press the “+” and *” buttons on one of the BT speakers at the same time and wait until the speakers automatically pair with each other. After pairing the BT speakers, the LED indicator indicates the quick blinking master BT in- dicator (ift channel) and a continuous blue indicator indicates the slave BT speaker (right channel). Then cannect your device using Bluetooth. Use the volume buttons to change the level automatically on both paired BT speakers. Briefly pressing both volume keys (“+” and “-“) on one of the BT loudspeakers simul- taneously interrupts the TWS connection.

Note: If the BT speakers fail to pair successfully to transfer stereo sound, turn all engaged units off and then on again.

Charging

A charged battery provides power for several hours of operation at normal volume levels. A high volume consumes more batery power; therefore, we recommend listening at normal volume levels. To charge he BT speaker, connect the charging adapter a power sockel and then to the BT speaker. The BT speaker willindicate low battery by acoustic signal.

ATTENTION: For charging, use only the original accessories supplied with the appliance. To achieve the maximum battery lifetim best to start charging the battery after the low battery power noification by the LED/sound indicators. Charge continu- ously until fully charged (no LED indicator on the device). When the battery operating time becomes very short, the battery lifetime has been used up; we recommend that you have the battery replaced at your authorized centre.

RECOMMENDATION: If the unit is not to be used for an extended period of time, we recommend ta fully charge the battery once every two to three months. We do not recommend storing the unit with a flat battery to prevent irreparable damage to the battery (loss of capacity).

Ingression protection (IPX7)

The unit is resistant against water thus allowing you to listen to your music in bath, shower, on the beach or by the pool IPX7 water resistance guarantees the unit’s function with slight splashing or immersing in waler 1 m deep for up to 30 minutes. Full immersion is not recommended because of possible loss of the audio playback signal.

ATTENTION: Remember to always seal the BT speaker’s inputs with original blind plugs (Nos. 2 and 3 in figure “description of the BT speaker”) and make sure the plugs are not damaged. Never charge the unit during possible contact with fluids. The unit is designed for contact with clean water only without any additives. Avoid exposing the unit to contaminated or industrially treated fluids (such as lemonade, sea/salt water, oils, etc.).
