Q: How to visit website backstage/192.168.50.2?
A:iPhone: Please connect to wireless CarPlay or connect directly to the box’s WIFI (WIFI name varies with the car model) It starts with VOL or Auto (password 12345678). Input 192.168.50.2 with your phone’s Safari browser. -
Q: U2W series, 192.168.50.2, setting options explained?
A: In general, the default settings are used. If you encounter problems using it, try adjusting the settings according to the image comments. If the problem is not solved, please contact the seller’s customer service to provide you with assistance.

Q: Phone not responding，please reconnect it and try again?
A: When the wireless CarPlay box is inserted into the car, the car screen
prompts “No answer from iPhone device”.
Solution: Reset the car machine Path example: Settings – system settings –
general settings – restore factory settings.

A: After connecting to device’s WiFi, use Safari visit 192.168.50.2, Adjust Start Delay to 20.

2. restart the iPhone, re-unplug the product.
3. iPhone connected to the product WiFi, Safari access 192.168.50.2, reset
the product and then reconnect.

delete all connection records; iPhone Bluetooth list to delete the product
connection records.
5. iPhone – Settings – General – CarPlay, delete all connection records.

Q:Can’t automatically connect to Carplay?

3. 192.168.50.2, the automatic connection option is on
If the above conditions are met, please try
1. 192.168.50.2, Start Delay, set to 1 or 3
2. 192.168.50.2, Reset Product
3. Cell phone, clear CarPlay connection record, Clear Bluetooth connection record, Restart your phone
4. individual models, such as Cadillac, need to remove the phone connection record in Automotive Head Unit
