as it should, making a strange noise, doing strange things, or if you’re just

as possible and send your order information along to our customer service
team. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. If

which may have been undelivered.

responsible for all quality issues of the product itself. Corrosion and
artificial damage are not covered under warranty.

IMPORTANT NOTE
About Batteries
Require eight (8) 1.5V AA Alkaline or Lithium batteries. We recommend the use
of Energizer AA Lithium batteries in this camera to obtain maximum battery
life. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix battery type.
Rechargeable NiMH AA batteries can be used, but the lower voltage (generally
1.2V) they produce has short lifetime, you may have to replace them
frequently.
Remove batteries when the camera is NOT in use.
About SD Card
Require a standard-size SDHC/SDXC memory card (maximum capacity 256GB, Class
10). Recommend using 32GB SDHC Class 10 memory cards in the camera to obtain
the best cost-performance.
Before first use, please format your SD card in the camera by using “Format SD
Card” in the menu settings.
About App Wi-Fi Connection
For better performance, we recommend that your phone is within 23 meters
(75 ft) of your camera. Since there may be interference around, if the signal
is not good, please move closer to the camera gradually.

About the Camera
The MRSCRET is a new generation of Wi-Fi trail camera The camera has a
built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module, so that you can connect and operate the
camera through a dedicated app (“Trail Cam Go”). The Bluetooth module,
operating in low power, is used for device discovery, and Wi-Fi is used for
preview, image transmission and settings The camera features the all-new
innovative and ultra-clear imaging technology, encompasses smart night vision,
blur reduction, and noise reduction technology to deliver high resolution
image quality

Power Switch and SETUP
- OFF: The camera power off;
- SETUP: The screen will open, you can set the working mode and parameters etc.
- ON: Press OK key, waiting 10s, the screen will close, the camera enters infrared detect mode.
- Note: First push the switch to SETUP, setting MENU, and push the switch to ON!
Quick operating instructions
- 1: Install 8pcs AA batteries(Pay a attention to the anode and cathode),and a 4GB~128GB memory card(Please format it before use);
- 2: Push the switch to SETUP,the screen is on, setting menu, mode, parameters, etc;
- 3: Push the switch to ON, press ok key, waiting 10s,the screen is going out the camera will enter infrared detect mode. If it can detect objects, it will take pictures/videos and save them in the memory card. If it does not detect objects, then the camera will enters standby mode.
- 4: Push the switch to SETUP,the screen is on, press Replay it can replay the photo and video files, Press MENU,you can choose to delete photo / video files.
- 5: Push the switch to OFF, and camera connect the computer by USB cable, the screen is ohniyou can browse the photo / video files of the memory card on the computer.
- 6: Google Play or APP store to searching APP name TrailCam Go, or scan these QR code to download the APP software and install it on phone.

Note:
- 1: If setting password protection, forget the password, please install the batteries to camera, press UP and OK key at the same time, and push the switch to SETUP, will delete the password.
- 2: The camera will auto power off when no any operation after 3mins.
- During the use of the TrailCam Go (Referred to as app), please grant the app access to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, storage, location and camera of your device, and enable the Local Network (if on iOS10 or later), which are necessary to take pictures and videos.

Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your mobile phone before opening the app. This step is optional, however it can speed up the connection between app and camera.

Ensure that your camera is in ON mode and in close proximity to you. To establish a stable connection, move within 75ft of the camera with no obstacles obstructing the signal, such as walls or glass door

QUESTIONS&ANSWERS
1. Q: Why can't I open videos taken by 4K on my Windows computer?
A: Videos created by 4K may not be supported by Windows player. We recommend using VLC or Irfanview player. (Please abide by local laws and regulations, download genuine software)
2. Q: Why my photos appear with strange color blocks or lines?
A: This could be a problem with the memory card. Try formatting the memory card or replacing it and test again. If the same problem still occur. Send your order info and problem to our customer service team .
3. Q:TRAIL CAMERA suddenly freezes and nothing happens. What can I do?
A: Please email us at ct362334199@163.com as soon as possible, we will assist you in troubleshooting remotely.
4. Q: TRAIL CAMERA does not respond when connected to the computer.
A: Make sure photos can be previewed directly through the camera's LCD screen before connecting to a computer. Try another Micro USB Cable or USB port (Motherboard USB port) Send your order info and problem to our customer service team.
5. Q: How to remove SD card.
A: Just gently push in the memory card and it will pop out automatically.
6. Q: Why does TRAIL CAMERA has a white screen and cannot enter the system.
A: Please replace the battery, the current batteries are just about dead.
7. Q: Why does TRAIL CAMERA take a photo/video every few second?
8. Q: TRAIL CAMERA does not work at night or does not record at the set length.
A: If the battery is low (1/3 of a charge), Night Vision function will be turn off automatically. Please replace the battery and then the Night Vision function will be turn on automatically. Current batteries are just about dead.
9. Q: Why 4 batteries can work but have 8 battery slots.
A: TRAIL CAMERA power module is divided into two groups(upper and lower). Max supports to eight. This design makes it easy about some customers with rechargeable batteries to alternate with the four batteries to use TRAIL CAMERA. (Please buy AA alkaline batteries with excellent brand and good quality, lithium batteries are not supported.)
10. Q: How to determine whether the camera sensor is working properly.
A: After configuration, switch the power switch to TEST mode. About 15 seconds later, please walk in front of the camera. If the red light flashes, the camera's infrared motion sensor is working properly. This method can also help you adjust 4K's direction and angle, determine whether the current location is within the camera's monitoring range.
11. Q:Why is my camera normal in test mode, but unable to take pictures in on mode?
A: These cameras are excellent at detecting targets in the horizontal range, but for targets in the vertical range, you need to adjust the height and angle. If your height is already determined, I think you should angle the camera sensor and lens toward the target to ensure that the camera accurately captures the movement in the expected range.
12. Q: Why is there fog in my TRAIL CAMERA, is it leaking?
A: Because there is a space inside the camera, the air inside may liquefy when the temperature changes, resulting in water mist. When the temperature returns to normal, the water mist will disappear.
