  • The hail protector cover protects your vehicle from hail damage. The hail protector cover consists of a foam material on uthe upper surface, which absorbs the impact of hailstones.
  • The hail protector cover is only intended for private use and may only be used on parked vehicles. The hail protector cover must only be used for vehicles parked on public traffic areas, as reflective surfaces, illuminating devices and number plates are covered.

Use

  • Locate the sewn-in label with an arrow (Image 1). This indicates the front section of the hail protector cover.
  • Attach the front section of the hail protector cover underneath the front bumper.
  • Pull the hail protector cover over your vehicle.
  • Make sure that the foam material section is spread evenly over the vehicle.
  • Pull the two sewn-on retaining straps and the three additional retaining straps under your vehicle (Image 2). Place the additional retaining straps evenly on your vehicle (Image 3).
  • Tighten the retaining straps (Image 4).

Cleaning

The hail protector cover can be cleaned by hand using lukewarm water and washing up liquid. After washing, allow the cover to dry thoroughly. Do not dry the cover under direct sunlight.

Storage

Do not fold the hail protector cover while it is wet or damp. Always make sure that the cover is completely dry before you fold it up for storage. Store the hail protector cover in a dry and dark place.

Disposal

The hail protector cover and the storage bag can be disposed of with the normal household rubbish. Dispose of the packaging in separated waste streams. Packing paper and cardboard should go for cardboard recycling, and plastic film in the collection of recyclable materials.
