Catalogue

  • An optimal solution for refrigeration, the OPTYMATM Condensing Units are designed to be lighter and more compact for fast installation and easy maintenance. These units are available in various refrigerants and operate at a frequency of 50Hz.
  • The micro-channel condenser used in these units reduces the refrigerant charge by up to 30% compared to units with a fin-tube condenser. This not only results in cost savings for the customer but also improves efficiency. Additionally, the micro-channel condenser design makes the condensing units up to 15kg lighter than conventional units.
  • Installation is made quicker with these units due to the reduced time spent on charging refrigerant, thanks to the smaller amount of refrigerant used. The vacuum time is also reduced as the micro-channel condenser requires lower inner volume compared to the fin-tube design. This increased installation speed improves the installer’s productivity on a daily basis.
  • Furthermore, the lighter weight of the unit makes it easier to handle during installation, further increasing productivity. The units are equipped with suction and discharge valves, making maintenance quick and easy. The micro-channel condensers are also easier and quicker to clean compared to fin-tube condensers. These factors combined mean that preventive maintenance on these units can be carried out up to 50% faster than on traditional units.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation

  1. Select a suitable location for the condensing unit, ensuring proper ventilation and clearances as specified in the user manual.
  2. Connect the appropriate refrigerant lines to the unit, ensuring proper sealing and insulation.
  3. Connect the electrical supply to the unit according to the wiring diagram provided.
  4. If necessary, install the crankcase heater and ensure proper connection.
  5. Mount the condensing unit securely using appropriate brackets or mounting hardware.

Maintenance

  1. Regularly check the unit for any signs of damage or leaks.
  2. Clean the micro-channel condenser regularly using a soft brush or compressed air to remove any dust or debris.
  3. Inspect and clean the suction and discharge valves as needed.
  4. Check the electrical connections for any loose or damaged wires.
  5. Monitor the unit’s performance and refrigerant levels regularly.

An optimal solution for refrigeration

Reduced refrigerant charge
Condensing units with a micro-channel condenser use up to 30% less refrigerant charge compared to units with a fin-tube condenser, which means savings for the customer and higher efficiency.

Quicker installation

  • Reduced time spent on charging refrigerant due to the smaller amount of refrigerant used.
  • The vacuum time is also reduced, due to the fact of having lower inner volume required by the micro-channel condenser when compared to fin & tube design.
  • Quicker installation increases the installer’s productivity on daily use.
  • The lighter weight of the unit also helps on the installation handling and productivity increase.

Lightweight condensing units
The new condensing units with micro-channel condenser are up to 15kg lighter than conventional units.

Easier maintenance

  • The units are equipped with suction and discharge valves, which make carrying out maintenance quick and easy.
  • The micro-channel condensers are easier and quicker to clean than fin-tube condensers.
  • Both factors mean that preventive maintenance on these units can be carried out up to 50% faster than on traditional units.

Learn more about our different solutions

  • Crankcase heater
The crankcase heater reduces the risk of compressor breakdown due to flooded start by up to 23.5%, which extends the service life of the condensing unit.

  • Micro-channel condenser
The micro-channel condenser has a smaller internal volume, which uses less refrigerant charge and is more efficient, reducing the time spent on charging and emptying the unit. Cleaning and maintenance work is made simpler and quicker.

  • Rotalock valves
The Rotalock valves on the suction and discharge lines in the condensing unit allow for the compressor to be replaced more quickly and reduce emptying time, which streamlines maintenance work.
