Q. What does it mean to be “Gel-infused”, and what is the difference
between gel-infused memory foam and traditional memory foam?
Gel-infused memory foam means this topper is infused with cooling gel that
captures and distributes heat. It is designed to regulate body temperatures
and prevent overheating. Traditional memory foam is known to retain body heat,
making the sleeper sleep hot. Gel-infused memory foam helps in ensuring a cool
and comfortable sleep.
Q. Will this topper offer me the support and pain relief I need?
Toppers are designed to soften the sleep surface of a too-firm mattress. A
topper will conform to the curves of the body, and can help to align the
spine, evenly disperse body weight and alleviate pressure points while
sleeping.
Q. What is the difference between the 2-inch and 3-inch toppers?
No matter the thickness, all mattress toppers are designed to, and will,
soften a too hard mattress, protect a new mattress, or rejuvenate an old
mattress. Depending on your personal preference, you might want a thinner
topper like a 2-inch that is still plush but has a little less conformability.
A 3-inch has a super plush feel with quite a bit of conforming.
Q. Is this topper non-toxic? What chemicals is it made of?
This topper is made of 100% CertiPUR-US certified polyurethane memory foam for
quality and safety, and does not contain harmful chemicals.
Q. Will a topper revive my old mattress?
Toppers are designed for comfort and may make your old mattress more
comfortable for a night or two, but it is not a long-term solution. If your
mattress dips or sags in certain places, a topper will just dip and sag right
along with it. A topper will add comfort and pressure-point relief, but it
will not add support to a dilapidated mattress or even out a lumpy one. If

Q. Will this topper fit my mattress?
Our toppers are intended to fit all standard sized mattresses. We offer many
different size options, from Twin to Cal King, with many size options in
between.
Q. Can this topper be cut to a custom size?
Trimming or cutting this topper voluntarily will void the topper’s 3-year
warranty, so we don’t recommend it, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be done. If
you must cut your topper, you can do so fairly easily using an electric knife
or bread knife, but don’t say we didn’t warn you about that warranty biz.
